I would just like to thank whoever (didn't check name tags) who worked drive thru September 23 2024 night shift!!!! Ordered my food on the app first time ever and it went horribly wrong. They ran out of wings! They were helpful. Patient. And overall excellent customer service. Thank you. not often does a customer drive away without the items they wanted and ordered with a smile and still satisfied.

Normally I don't write reviews on fast food restaurants but today was the worst experience I had for this location. I normally go to this locations whenever I crave for the Jack in the box since it closest to my house.So I was first in line and waited for 10-15 minutes and I understand they were busy. I didn't get a greeting or any acknowledgment if they're going to take my order. After I waited too long after they called 5 completed orders for dine in, I decided to leave. Ordered in store pickup on mobile app "to avoid the line". Got there, drive-thru line was 10 cars long. That's ok cause my order should be ready right as I walk through the door! Oh wait its locked. Heck..They're playing the "throttle the customer line to the drive thru to get good times so corporate thinks we're doing a good job, yay us, Stupid Game" Oh hey a customer is leaving, I snuck in. One customer waiting on their order, another is at the counter waiting to order. Waited a few minutes, finally an employee told the lady in front of me he'd be right with her. I saw my order sitting there on top of the fry warmer. Another 5+ minutes passed, I asked can I get my order before it gets any colder? I saw each of the items non-bagged but sitting there. He said he'd be right with me... maybe he means left... I notified him the front door is locked, he said yeah we're closed. I said what? It's 9:30. He said yeah " We're in a rush and have low staff, we lock the front, you shouldn't even be in here". Ok you're right cancel my order or I'll get it credited and go to a place that wants customers, not just fake times to show off for management. You know if they only have 1 customer per day they would do great!!!! This isn't the first time I order for pickup and the lobby is closed. This is at least the 10th time, but not just this JIB either. The food isn't this good and cheap to waste my time. And I don't need a canned response from management, "Hi *insertnamehere*, we're disappointed to hear about your experience. You should always expect excellent service from our team. We'd like to investigate this further. Please reach out to us at heyjackbox.com" If you want to change, serve your customers or get employees who can.

This Jack In the Box has really started to piss me off. I have gone here and orders the same thing for years. Now all of a sudden I can't get a sourdough breakfast sandwich made correctly and all of my food was cold!!! I stopped by tonight and got all the way home and there is no meat on my sandwich only cheese and egg?!?!? My curly fries are cold!!! Wtf?!?!? I am so disappointed.

I've used the mobile app for both the Trautwein and Alessandro locations multiple times (mostly for breakfast before my round of golf) and have been completely satisfied. I can't remember ever getting poor quality or cold food. I typically order a loaded breakfast sandwich with modifications and they have always gotten it right and my sandwich has always come out of the wrapper more than just warm. Jack is probably my #1 go to for a quick breakfast.

I went tonight August 19th at 9:30! The gentlemen taking our order was great and the woman that handled us at the window and brought our food out to us was the best and sweetest ever even when they were out of ravine coke, they quite literally gave us the last of it! Just came here @1:02 on June 30th. Ordered 4 tacos. 3 tacos are completely thrown together and cold. Now I'm come to Yelp and see their rating. How shameful. I will never come here again. Too many Jack and the Boxe's are becoming trash.
