Jack in the Box

Jack In The Box is a great little fast food restaurant and they're pretty quick in the drive through. I'm normally a value menu guy because I don't like to spend a lot of money eating out and the value menu was pretty economical as I got a Jumbo Jack and value soda for $4.11 including tax.PRO-TIP: Ask for extra everything except cheese on your sandwich and it's all free; this turns your smaller burger into a bigger burger.

Guy at front counter asked if I was ready and I shook and told him I was ready and walks away to do other things and I waited like 5 minutes just standing there till no uniform guy walked up with his "I'm bothering him" attitude, Very unorganized. People working here wearing street clothes. Seems like you're wasting their time by ordering food. Plane cloths guy needs to lay off the weed and have a better attitude.

Shittiest jack ever. Last night Jackie told me to park after I placed a mobile order at 11:10PM. I park. It's 11:40 (30 minutes later) and we're still parked. We move closer. The store is closed. I'm calling the store, no answer. I'm flagging down an employee and they bring out my food cold. Shift leads says NO REFUNDS even after they forgot about us. She's laughing like it's funny that's there's no manager on site to process a refund. She then proceeded to say "Why didn't you come tell us" YOU ARE CLOSED!!! How am I gonna come tell you guys when I'm parked waiting and I tried to call?! Is it my job to go back to check on my order. What in the hell. She pissed me off so much I grabbed my order and threw it in their trash can. I don't need their shitty attitudes and shitty ass food. Never going to support jack again. Don't let them park you!!

So don't bother coming to this JITB location here on Indiana & La Sierra. The 2 employees here don't have a clue & the supervisor won't even talk to me. The employee says she doesn't understand English. They know nothing of the Dodgers promotion even when I showed them the website verifying this. They said they've never heard of it & the manager isn't there but I can come back later. This used to be my go-to place but new employees, new owner/management, poor customer service, etc... Not anymore. Go to the JITB in Corona on Griffin/McKinley. No problems there. Ever.

open 24/7, not really. hours are wrong. if they can't update that why would you expect them to prepare your food properly.

I don't have a lot to say because I've been here a few times and the service never changes. The lady with the red/copper hair should really watch her language behind the scenes as if customers are not able to here. Service is always piss poor. I won't be back! Period!

Today I decided to try the the new Red Bull drink on their menu.. and it was a mistake, not only did I order easy ice but got a full cup of ice instead in this tiny cup and barely a hint of strawberry, it just taste like a normal Red Bull . Definitely not worth $5. But the large Curly fries in my order were more like a small or even value size. I don't know what's been going on with this location lately but service has been declining from shorted portions to wrong orders and if you say something one of girls working here give you attitude .

Ordered garlic Parmesan wings and they gave me buffalo wings. WTH. Why ask what flavor if you're not gonna give me what I asked for? I had to wait at the drive thru just to get the wrong order.

The manager is rude and i am the second person in here and it is still taking long , they don't have good drinks all out of the good onesThey seem to be unprofessionalAll the ladies were just speaking to each other and couldn't even get us our drinksI also saw the place was dirty ,all those workers and they couldn't even clean the tables
