Jack in the Box

So I recently left a review for another location that I was happy with , so I'm upset I have to leave a review of disappointment. I went and ordered 2 kids meals with sprites. A breakfast jack with fries in replacement of hashbrowns and a rootbeer and lastly a smash burger with jalapeno poppers and rootbeer.... The girl gave me, 2 kids meals with rootbeers, not sprite.. my breakfast jack but instead of ham I got a sausage patty with an egg with hashbrowns and no fries and then for my husbands order just didn't even give us his drink at all. I asked for sauces and no sauces were added to the bags. I can't find the receipt to know the woman's name who was working but yall check the schedule for 7/4/24 at 11pm. I know it's a holiday and I know it was busy but please be more careful and aware..

When I went I was very nice and respectful and asked for a couple of seconds, when I was ready to order I politely told the employee I was ready to order, she proceeded to say in a rude tone "ok then order". The employees name was Alondra. When I received my food everything seemed good but the fries I had ordered , they were stale and cold. My daughter hurt her tooth eating them!

The girl taking my order through the speaker was a bit rude. Def could've been a bit nicer but oh well‍ you can still have a positive attitude while taking a full drive thru of peoples orders

UPDATED REVIEW:Got home to find out that my 2 "popcorn chicken big boxes" (supposed to come with popcorn chicken and fries) had the saddest amount of chicken and NO fries. How many people working in this restaurant and none of them can read an order? C'mon. *from earlier, before I got home*Dining room is closed entirely to the public, so when they forget something from your order (like they usually do. This location almost always misses at least 1 item) you have to wait in that long drive thru again just for 1 item. Yet another inconvenience to the public under the blanket excuse of "the pandemic."

The most incompetent people I've ever seen in my life. And these people are being paid over 16 dollars an hour???Took over a half hour to get our eat in food and the order was WRONG!!!THEN, the girl tried to give me a burger that was on another couples order that was also WRONG!!After the other person had opened it up and looked at it and touched it!!When I asked about it the girl lied and said it wasn't the same burger.COMPLETE IDIOTS BEING PAID OVER 16 DOLLARS AND HOUR AND CANT EVEN GET A SMALL ORDER RIGHT!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a Breakfast Jack combo, small BLACK coffee, and hash brown in the Sandwich. What I got was 1) no receipt; 2) a bunch of condiments that I did not request (creamer, sugar, ketchup); 3) a hash brown on the side (not in the sandwich); 4) grease all over the sandwich and the inside of the bag, then on my hands. Without the receipt, I returned to the location and the "person in charge", (no manager available) looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my forehead, then told me they don't make mistakes. She then proceeded to yell at another worker in Spanish, then returned to me and asked me what I wanted. I told her a merch card for the value of the meal. She went back around the corner and returned with a large fry, then told me that was what I asked for. She then proceeded to argue with me as to whether that was what I said. I'll not return to that location as they have no concept of customer service. And I'm putting this on Yelp because the franchisee made no attempt to make the situation right at an appreciable level. And I'm betting that as a corporation they just ignore this complaint.

I've worked in customer service and fast food before so I feel this review is justified. I've frequented this place a bit, they're normal for the most part but the last few times i've gone it was upsetting. I asked for a side of pickles from the counter with my order and the worker scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. When is doing your job such an inconvenience? I was willing to wait, and I did wait , said thank you and was still met with disdain. I left w/o retaliating because it doesn't matter too much, yet the last time I went convinced me to give it a single star. I paid for extra and i didn't revive it. I know that online reviews don't mean anything to the employees but it does to the managers. BTW The store always smells like piss.

After 12AM the workers will run out to the their room.. no gel no nothing.. horrible service.

The staff is really nice and food always hot and tasty ... also the location is very clean and employees are always smiling.

Worst Damn drive thru / restaurant ever . All the cashiers ever say is "ok" , "is that it" , does management not even train these people anymore . Rude People who clearly don't like their job . They're chatting each other up every other second instead of attending their ever long lines .
