Had the chicken teriyaki combo 10.99.It was truly delicious and very filling. Thank you

No one there at the drive thru at 330am.Worker was asleep.Jack n box is supposed to be open 24hours.

I usually have good experiences at this jack in the box but I ordered a breakfast jack today through door dash. It had eggshells in it :( Thankfully doordash refunded me, but this was very upsetting.

Jack-in-the-Box in Riverside right off the 91 freeway had to make a pitstop so we stopped over here. There's Jack-in-the-Box is a pretty good Jack-in-the-Box. If you haven't it's your typical general box but it was pretty good decent drive through it Soso again and came by here make a pitstop Always get the tacos. Tacos tacos a good excellent get out the buttermilk biscuit a sauce good stuff parking a corner gas station store. If you haven't been here to try I did it was not that bad at all I'm back again if I'm in the area and you said I was just having a meeting in the area I need to make a pitstop it was good

Stopped at Jack in the Box on Central about 8pm. We were the only ones in the drive thru. My husband had to repeat the order for 6 taco's and 2 sodas several times. They were not busy. When we got home the tacos were cold. $20 dollars an hour for so so service and cold food. No wonder no one was in the drive thru.

Really not sure why we continue to visit this location expecting a better outcome. I guess locality and convenience is the only reason.So tonight, my wife goes through the drive thru to place her order. She orders a Oreo milk shake at the menu with the rest of the food. She pays $47 at the window. Then they tell her the milkshake machine is still broken and refund her. Really? Person taking the order didn't know the machine has been broken for at least a week? Really, the person taking payment doesn't know this before charging and having to do a refund? We live only around the corner, so drive time back from getting the food is about 5 minutes. By the time the food arrived at home, all of it is not even warm. Definitely nothing is hot. Unfortunately my wife was unable to check the order as once again something is missing. I get it, things are missed sometimes, we all make mistakes. However, this seems to happen all the time here. Tonight it was our large curly fries missing. At least the sodas were cold and tasted properly.One star for the employees being nice. One star for cold sodas.

Always 5 Stars! They clean thier lettuce and they make the Best Curly fries they are fresh not overcooked! We have the best food places around here in this area. Thanks Jack employees here.

I'm a jackass ... I was asking for the wrong sandwich. I went back this morning, and everything was perfect.

Employee arguing with me over what I ordered on the menu went through the item got home was wrong needs too be trained and not have an attitude got a refund

I hope manager checks the camera and can see that night manager closes the dining room early. I was there 15 minutes before closing and all doors were locked. Just wanted to let you know what's going on in your building on 7/11/24 and doors were closed before 10 pm dining room closing time.
