Jack in the Box

I ordered $34 of food! Ask to pull forward after 15 minutes, I had to go in after watching an employee give my food to someone else!They remake and it's wrong and cold! The cheese cake you gave me didn't make up for 30 minutes of wait time or the mistakes.. I wasn't the only one not happy!

Staff is so friendly and service is fast! Stopped by one night for a milkshake and the service was excellent and quick. The milkshake of course was excellent. You can never go wrong with the cookies and cream.

The Jack in the Box on Sunnymead Ranch is great. They are fast, and the food is usually spot on--I haven't had any issues with them at all. It's conveniently located right in front of the lake club, making it the perfect stop after a day of fishing, walking, swimming, or any other activities. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or refueling after a day at the lake, this location does the job well.

I'm impressed with this Jack in the Box! Came here for a quick bite and I was impressed how clean and attentive the staff was. They were super nice at this location. The food is descent for a fast food place and I don't mind coming here for when I'm in a hurry. I would definitely come back here since service is so nice! Overall a great experience.

Horrible service. I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up and not one employee asked if I needed help. They just walked by and looked at me and kept on walking. Until I finally said hello is there were I place or pick up an order and they finally started on my order which should of been done by the time I got there. Finally got my order and they forgot my drink , the tater chicken melt I order was on the wrong bread should of been on croissant bread & was on a regular bun & our fries that came with the meal were cold! Never again will I go there. Whoever as running the drive through a older lady wearing a black mask & a guy with glasses and tattoos were nothing but NOT nice!

One thing I love the most more then just getting my food correct the first time, is when You Go Out of Your Way to provide better and excellent service when a incorrect order happens. I don't even remember or care about the messed up order because Being provided excellent service to show your taken care of after is the best route! Alex and Virginia Went out of there way To Correct an Order that was not there fault. Gave them my receipt No hassle at all except waiting 5 mins for excellence to come my way. They recorrected the order and made sure that I was taken care of! Ms.Virginia was so beautiful loving and understanding to correct it, Mr.Alex was the manager that handled the situation! I thought Ms.Virginia was the manager she was well mannered and spoken! Thank you both for recovering this, I appreciate you two and will continue to come to Jack because of this moment. Humans are not perfect we always have to remember we are human.Thank you Jack for trusting your food in amazing hands like Virginia and Alex of Sunnymead Location!

Ordered barbecue boneless wings combo, substituted the fries for curly fries which were very hard and super crunchy. They didn't taste fresh. The boneless wings were dry and hard. They barely put the sauce on them. I waited in a long line about 15 minutes just for me to be disappointed. Sadly I was craving Jack n the box and regret I stopped on the way home. Do better please!

Sad because I was really hoping to eat something after work it's too late to cook. I know this site won't answer my calls since it's already late.

Buy a side salad from Jack-in-the-Box this morning just for it to have mold this is the worst jack in the box I've ever been to.

Tried to go and they close at 1 am. They literally look orders and said they can't take mine because it was 20 mins before close but I told them it's not even 20 mins before close so take my order and they just went silent. You are supposed to take orders until close time. I asked why and they said they have to clean: I asked to speak to a manager and they went silent. Piece of shhhit spot. Took pics so the manager can identify the bs
