If I could give 0 stars I would Lobby says it opens at 6am, we got there a couple of min before 6 , few min go by and lobby isn't open yet so we call and the girl on the phone said they won't open til 630, so why have a sign out that says lobby opens at 6am? You have 5 workers there and none of them could've came to the door to let us know that they were planning to open 30 min after the fact? Complete trash.

To start I don't go to Jack in box very often as the level of service has hit low comparable to McDonald's. It's like going to a place that shovels out food and they don't care about Quality, Appeal or Service. Just throw it together and give it to the customer. I digress, I don't understand is a simple order can be messed up with no other customers inside or in the drive-thru.I ordered a breakfast Jack combo no cheese and a coffee. That's bun, bacon and egg. I still get cheese. WOW! I just don't get it! Anyway, the women in the drive-thru was pleasant. But that's all I got from the experience.

Food is ok here better quality than most but it's the service that gets the 2 star. They're not always bad but this had happened three times already where the ingredients listed in the item are either forgotten or left out by mistake, not sure but please I pay money for all the ingredients listed unless requested otherwise.

Actually an awesome experience, quick service, super helpful customer service. Julian helped us out with our order, told us the current deals, and was super patient with our order. Personally, I'd promote Julian to assistant manager or shift lead. Incredibly assertive and efficient with his work.

First off customer service was horrible! I placed my order online for pick up and when I went to pick it up I waited 10min just to be acknowledged and another 10min for my order. On top of that our food was cold and burnt especially the chicken sandwich. I couldn't even enjoy my food if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

First time here in this Jack in the box and was a disappointment. I was the only one ordering in the drive thru I ordered 14 tacos, 3 jumbo Jacks And 1 chicken sandwich. The person who took my order sounded polite but the minute I see this young man he looked unhappy he had me parked waited for over 15mins for my foodI checked my food and it was cold I was so upset and decided to leave not worth my time. to top it off they only gave us 12 tacos. Never again will I come to this Jack in the box! No wonder this place is always empty .... Waste of my money and time!
