Jack in the Box

Thus is my favorite Jack in the box! Customer service is always great, fries are almost always fresh, and it's right off the freeway. The drive thru line usually goes by pretty quickly even when they are busy as well!

Everything was good except the loud and obnoxious worker on her phone. Laughing really loud and bringing attention to herself, really unprofessional

I'm so sick of getting a "hash brown" soaked in grease and too hard to eat. This particular Jack is the most consistent with this horrible food. The hash browns are more likely to be bad than at least decent. Gotta stop going here.

Why yall giving attitude when asking for customization on my food just for yall to not even do it right?$20 an hour and y'all still can't act right

Best Jack in the box I've ever been to my chicken tenders, and curly fries were cooked to perfection.

I guess when you use the app and get your tacos for .99 cents it comes with extras Not what I expected to find while I'm about to enjoy my late night dinner.

This will be the first Jack in the Box I give 3 stars. This location in the early morning has really good service. I usually drop by @5:50 AM for a simple breakfast Jack combo. I always get a pleasant hello or good morning at the window. I would give the location more stars but I must visit in the afternoon and evening to get the full offering of there service. If the service in the afternoon and evening is a good as the morning it should be a cinch to get all 5 stars.

gave me. a completely wrong meal. i asked plain w cheese lettuce pickles .ts is not hard.

Ordered egg rolls got jalepeno poppers . Food was cold. Girl behind the window was picking at her teeth . Took 30 mins at the window .

Drive through microphone cut out while trying to place an order waited for 5+ minutes trying to place the order kept calling out with no answer decided to pull up to see if we could get our food manager rudely told us to go back around that they don't take orders at the window due to their timer. The manager would not give us her name or even the store number to find a solution to our problem. Horrible customer service and attitude on her end.
