I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, two tacos, and water. I had to go park so they could bring my order out. This is nothing more than management trying to manipulate drive-thru times. This was my first and last visit here. If I wanted to park and wait, I would have gone to McDonald's! The 2 star overall rating you have is exactly what you deserve. PS I am writing this while waiting for my food!

Not sure why this location has a lot of bad reviews. I've been here many times and never had any problems, and if there's a long line, it usually goes by pretty fast.Most recently I stopped by to try their new chilli cheeseburger. The burger didn't knock my socks off or anything but it was decent and I liked that the chilli sticks to the food. It doesn't drip and get too messy.

I wish I could rate this place. I sat in the parking as I looked online to see if they're open, which online say yes, they're open. I look at 6 different car cars pull up and walk to the front door which was locked. On a Saturday. At 8:45 pm. Good luck paying the bills I guess. How about you update your times online.

Thee worst Jack in town!Ordered 2 ranch chicken combos. Cold, dry, and disgusting! Take it off the menu.. That trash was so dry it practically broke my two front teeth! It was super cold and tastes like wood! Really?? The chicken was so dry it honestly tastes like it was sitting under a warming light all day! Jack & the Box use to take pride in their food. If nothing else the food use to be hot and ready to serve. The curly fries were super cold. Dang!!For those prices food should be hot and fresh! Ridiculous!! Yuk!!

The customer service I received was absolutely horrendous. I had placed an order for the location on fir and it was redirected to iris due to high order volume and I didn't receive that notification until almost an hour after I placed my order, around 11 pm. I went to the location on iris and asked for my tacos, which was only one part of my order, to be made fresh and the order taker said yes. When my boyfriend and I got to the window I was confronted by a team lead. She was incredibly rude and threatened to put my name on a list for "making her throw away a lot of food". It was six tacos and I didn't make her. The boy at the speaker could have said no. I said absolutely nothing to her and left. I then called the store and asked to speak to a manager and she said that was her, when I knew she was just a lead. So she lied. I tried to explain to her that my order was redirected and I wasn't updated on my order until late and instead of being understanding she literally screamed at me over the phone. I have this all on recording. She was rude and as someone who worked for jack in the box less than a year ago I was so disgusted by her behavior. I've reached out to the ceo and cooperate already.
