Jack in the Box

Thursday, October 24, 2024: It was about 6:15 am and realized I forgot to pack my breakfast for work at March ARB. I figured I'd go to Jack in the Box. I used the drive through to order the Supreme Croissant meal with orange juice. The young lady who took my order was very sweet & friendly. I asked about a military discount and couldn't believe it was 20%! Great & grateful! She was just as nice & hospitable at the window. Check out her beaming smile! My order came out hot & ready. Meal was delicious!

I don't know what happened recently but they changed to relying on sending you to the front to wait for your order when you're going through the drive through. Before it was always at the window but recently it's always now sending you to wait. Because of this you end up waiting forever now and your food is always cold. They have forgotten I was even at the front once. Terrible change and also they never give you your receipt with your code for points. Seems like the employees purposefully keep them.

This was a great place to stop and get lunch on the way to big bear. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms and dining area were clean.

First off let me shoutout CHRIS for giving great customer service and not rolling his eyes when asking for more sauces as if it were coming out of his paycheck like other cashiers have before. Hats off to the cook who made my curly fries and tacos to perfection with ultimate crispiness. Best Jack in the Box I've been to for a late night snack.

I went to jack in the box today on fir avenue, in Socal. & ordered a snack wrap and a salad. My salad had a piece of small wood in it. I took pictures for proof. Not sure how a piece of wood would even end up in a salad but I'm grossed out.

The worst experience we have ever had a a Jack in the box. We Waited at the front for our food after going in the drive thru. When the food was brought out the donut holes were ice cold and the egg in the sandwiches had runny yolks. In all the years we have gone to JITB I've never been given a runny yolk. We went in to tell them the problems only to be met with them saying that this is the way the food is supposed to be served but we can warm it for you. I asked repeatedly for new food and was denied. We ended up throwing our entire order away. We Did not want to risk getting sick. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Food is good service has gotten a lot better and they were pretty quick with the food

I will only eat a breakfast from Jack-in-the-Box. It's the only only thing they have left that taste decent besides that the little snack tacos and all of this other stuff that they used to have that was good no longer is everything's way too greasy.

The employee there was very rude, and they closed earlier than they said they would on the door

Their soda tastes disgusting. Ordered a coke and had a grape flavor to it, as if a bunch of drinks had been mixed. Asked for a refund and the so called person in charge said I had to come in when I don't even live around the area.
