Jack in the Box

Came to the drive through with a 50 dollar bill and the girl said they didn't have change then the manager came to the window saying they didn't have change while the other girl proceeded to put money away

Waiting in line they took a while I just got a few things They forgot my hash brown the only thing I wanted the rest was for my bf My bf went knocking on the door they ignored him I found a guy cleaning outside that worked at Jack He went to tell them they forgot my food And this guy tells us we have to go wait back in line to get our food they forgot A waste of time people have to get to work on time They didn't apologize When we pulled up to the window they walked away n then just gave us the bag.Not coming here again When u drive up to the window u can see the I side was all dirty as well

And if I could give them a negative star, I would. People here are so uneducated. It's ridiculous. Wow I think my eight year old is a lot smarter than the people that work here.

Do you guys ever get anything right? Every time either me or my fiance pull through. The one old lady who works there as a manager. Can't hear a single thing. Idk why yall put her on drive through. She gets an order wrong every single time she's there dude. That's the people you want working your company? A homeless dude can listen better. And brother. There should be no reason a hash brown flakes off and is so brittle and hard.

Manager on duty in the morning shifts always has attitude, seems like she doesn't want to be there or wants to take our order, claiming it's cash only! But where's the sign notifying others customers.

They literally refused service to me never have I ever had anyone do that to me at a restaurant I asked the girl at the window what if I could add something to my order because she didn't even give me time to tell her my whole order then she proceeds to say no I can't ! Like Wtf is that Horrible customer service she had the nerve to say go around when it was just one car behind me

The food tasted good. I ate a jumbo jack . Complete nutrition . You got your fats carbs, and protein all in one.

Horrible quality food, always nasty, never fresh, order never right. While taking your order they rush u and you're not even done when they're like okay here's your total after anything u add. This place is a company ran jack and it sucks so bad. If u wouldn't eat it don't serve it, people can get sick!

The longest Jack & the box Ever!!!! The wait is extremely slow! It makes no sense! The drive through had 5 cars ahead of me and 5 cars behind me. It took 23 minutes to get to the window! Smh
