Jack in the Box

This Jack in the box is trash ash. I ordered jalapeño poppers & tacos. Both were over fried. I couldn't even eat my tacos because the taco sauce was all over the bag. Just messy. Gave me no ranch. Never coming to this location ever again.

Everything ! Food is terrible ! Quality and quantity is terrible . Rude mgmt that don't care about there customers . Sometimes at the drive thru the employee is rude and truthfully don't care and have j iw idea what they are doing . I've been going to this Jack in the box for 14 years now and the last 3 years it's gone down hill . Do t call corporate because they lie and so t do anything . They say they will call me back and they don't . There is a so. Called female mgmt there that is beyond rude . I love there tacos at Jack In the box but I will not go to this one anymore even though it's 3 min from my home . I will dive an extra 10 plus min to another one !!

I went through the drive through, very dissatisfied. Waited for Order for about 15 min, order a chicken sprint sandwich with curly fries and a chicken nugget kids meal with two tacos and all the food was cold and gross felt like I was eating frozen food ugh I hope I don't get food poisoning I know where it's from.

I checked in this afternoon for a quick recovery fuel up and had such a marvelously uplifting experience! This store is so clean and welcoming and all the Team Members who were working the afternoon shift were hustling in harmony together to serve the Customers fast with a positive and energetically kind attitude. I ordered my Favorite Oreo Shake and Mini Tacos with the Cilantro Avocado Dressing, and I was acknowledged, greeted, and served quickly! The Employees all knew the Restroom code so I was able to get access to it quickly, and the Restrooms were extremely clean and comfortable too! By the time I came out my Shake and Tacos were ready, and the Sweet Team Member who served Me my Food courteously directed Me to where I could find straws and double checked to make sure I had the condiments I requested for my Tacos too :0)Keep up the great work!! I would defintely come back the next time I'm in the Area to eat and hydrate well and enjoy the cool and relaxing AC!!!

Everything about this location is horrible. I have given it many chances, but this is the last one. As usual they are out of sprite...... fine whatever. Ordered Chicken teriyaki bowl. I noticed there is no sauce and I asked for some. She said they discontinued the teriyaki sauce. Im a bit confused but again....... OkGot chocolate shake....... Received a vanilla shake with a weird looking chocolate syrup kinda floating in the middle not blended not on the top, just kinda floating around.Now I know it's just fast food and I should not expect much...... but it's not cheap so it's really irritating.Edit: In response to the management reply, the link does not work and it appears to be a generic response.I hope you guys do better at this location.As I mentioned, I'm aware it's fast food, but money is money and people are choosing to spend it on your company. The workers last night clearly did not give a f$&k and it showed.It cost 20$ for a chicken teriyaki bowl minus the teriyaki because it's "discontinued" (which I found out is a lie) an egg roll and chocolate shake.

The food is ok but they are always short-staffed and that makes the service slow and they don't realize that by them cutting off employees we the customers pay the price for it

When did fast food get so expensive ? Waited in this line for over 10 mins , won't mention why but it's a shame what has happened to this area, I get to the window and almost $8 for a jumbo jack , absolutely not I can pay a dollar less for a WAY better burger at in n out , lol pissed me off to where I wrote a review over a burger , almost $8 is insane and I bet it wouldn't be any types of fresh

Made an order online and it was processing, luckily Breiza was working today and helped me out! She was able to help me reorder, get my food quickly, and was super helpful and kind the entire time. I really appreciate her for helping me and my friends out !

Pretty weird this is the 3rd time I come at night and they never give me my receipt always have an excuse and never give it to me sounds like they keep the receipts to get the points on the app very sketchy won't be coming here anymore I pay for my food I should get a receipt not an excuse why they can't give me one something shady is going on here not only that the drinks are always flat I paid 3 bucks for a large drink that's flat tacos were so messy and sauce was all over bag by the time I got home it was all soggy the poppers were over cooked had no cheese what a waste of money and I can't even call corporate since I didn't get. Receipt when I go in the day I get a receipt but at night they never give me a receipt when I asked for it last time the printer didn't work now today I don't get it again what's going on with that

Horrible customer service, the lady working the drive thru window was so disrespectful. One of the other lady's told me her name was Alma. She was so rude. My food was completely wrong. I will never come back to this location.
