Ordered a porta potty and separate sink. They brought a sink with broken soap dispenser, NO SOAP and the sink didn't even work properly. They toilet was washed out with the hose here on my property. It was disgusting! We order 2 tables and 20 chairs but you have to pick them up yourself and take them back. Go somewhere else!

Called in to ask for some prices of tables and chairs and the lady that answer was being rude i dint even get passed my first question of the price. She kept making me feel that i dint know what i was doing wen indeed i as well have my own business. All i wanted was the price for 6 tables and 55 chairs was that so hard?She kept saying that if it was that important for me that i should go and reserve them ASAP and she yelled at me while saying that. What happened to Costumer Service in this company?Let me tell you Costumer Service is all about the SERVICE you provide for the COSTUMERS. Trying to help them regardless the issues. Well it saddens me that after leaving a great review the staff here treated me like crap and arrived with my order 3 hrs after they initially told me they would arrive. When I ordered I was told my order would arrive between 8-10 which I was very pleased with since the party starts at 12. I went in the day before to make sure that my order was set and ready to go and to ask if I could upgrade the piñata. The lady in the store told me that the large piñata would be delivered with my table, chairs and jumper and I would be charged an additional charge of $7 for the price difference of the small piñata which I was fine with.Well day of the party and at 11:30 I call to ask if there is a problem with my order and the girl says it should be there around 12. I was not happy!!! She said we deliver deliver between 8-12. When I asked the lady why I was told delivery would be between 8-10 she snapped at me and said no you were never told that! Then I asked if my upgraded piñata was being delivered and she said no we don't deliver piñatas. I told her "oh wow you guys are ridiculous"! I told her about the conversation of the day before and she said that could happen and if it did happen it didn't matter because that lady doesn't work their regularly. She said if you want a bigger piñata then you have to pay full price. She said she gave me a free piñata and I disagreed as it was part of a package and could comprehend why I couldn't pay the difference. She practically screamed I gave you it free. I had to laugh as I wanted to reach through the phone and strangle her!!!! I then told her no it is part of the package and I'm paying for the package. She said whatever if you want it you have to come get it or you won't have a piñata.! OK at 12 I arrive to pick up the piñata and the girl Practically threw it at me and didn't even bother to look at me. I asked when the order would arrive as it is 12 and it isn't at my house. Again with put looking at me said I'll call then in a little while to see when they will be there. My daughter told her no you will pick up the phone now and call. Reluctantly she called and then still not bothering to look at us said they would be there around 20 min or so. They arrived after 1pm and when I tried to talk to them they said they are separate from the store and just do deliveries. Bottom line DON'T GO HERE unless you like being treated like crap and want to have your order arrive late for your party. The owners daughter is the worst!!!!!Oh and this was supposed to be a 4 hr rental and when they dropped off the stuff I tried to verify the pick up time the guys said I can't come get the stuff until tomorrow sometime. Maybe the same time I dropped it off.

Very pleased with the service, they are always deliver everything the day before the event and pick up everything the day after the event. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because the first time I rented from them one of the chairs broke. However I don't think that this is a reflection of the business because a broken chair could happen with any party rental place, it has nothing to do with this specific place. I think that in the future they should just check all of them materials that they are renting out to make sure none of them are hazards, which is what I advised the owner of and she was very apologetic and assured me she would. I have continued to rent from them and never had any issues.
