Downloaded the app and did a mobile order for the FIRST time. Said it would be 16 minutes so we sat at the one table outside the door thinking they would call your order, you know like how they do at Starbucks. After 20 minutes and a long line out the door later, I went in to check and was ignored by a male employee while I waited at the register. The next employee that walked up and I inquired about my order, she takes it out of the fridge and says "next time just come up and ask for it" sorry, there's no signage directing to do so and since it was my first mobile order I wasn't aware, no need to be snippy about it. My tea tasted like neither mango nor passion fruit and wasn't sweet at all even ordered at 100%, would be awhile for me to return after this interaction, service and subpar drink.

This was my first time trying this place, and I have to say, I really enjoyed their boba. I opted for the coconut flavor & strawberry puree with oat milk instead, and it did not disappoint. The boba itself had the perfect texture--not too hard, but also not overly chewy. It had just the right consistency, making it easy to bite into or swallow, depending on your preference. The coconut flavor was delicious and balanced, and the pricing seemed fair for the quality. Overall, I'd definitely return for boba again--great flavor, great texture, and a solid experience.

Pretty good boba drinks! They have a super wide menu full of different types of drinks. Their prices are very reasonable and they even give you a free scoop of boba! I highly recommend any of their milk teas, iced fruit teas or frosty milks.* Passion Fruit Iced Tea: 8/10 - flavor could be a lot stronger* Lychee Iced Tea: 7/10 - sweet and refreshing, but could use more lychee flavor* Boba (Topping): 7/10 - a bit toughYou order on a kiosk which is pretty convenient, but that means that you'll have to pay with card. The place itself is quite small so there are a couple of tables outside to sit at. Be sure to stop by during your trip to the mall!

This boba drink place is conveniently located inside the Promenade Temecula shopping center and close to the entrance/exit. If you're tech-savvy, you can place your own order using their touch screen computer and even customize your drink.I received my order of three drinks at a reasonable time. Unfortunately their boba didn't have the right texture and was almost tasteless, for this visit at least. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea seemed watered down and bland despite my 100% sweetness level selection. If that wasn't bad enough, my kids were unimpressed by their Coconut Strawberry Smoothie and only consumed half. Great location with the option to self-order, just needs a little improvement on the art of boba making.

Located inside the mall, park right outside Dick's Sporting Goods for direct access. Right next to Starbucks. NO HOT FOODS HERE. They only serve drinks here. Just go downstairs for food or across the mall for a pretzel. They offer a wide variety of fruit drinks, teas, smoothies, coffee, and Acai bowls. Service by Vianna M was great, and she was patient and kept a friendly customer service smile. Her counterpart looked like he had a terrible day. He made the drink, and I ordered the Taro Smoothie with boba. I wouldn't call it a smoothie as it had chunks of ice. Crunchy smoothie, maybe? Perhaps a couple of seconds will make it smoother. The boba was sweet and chewy and didn't stick together. The drink was not sweet at all, personal opinion. Your sweet tooth may be more sensitive than mine:)
