While visiting Mt. Sac, parched and in desperate need of something cold and satisfying, I stumbled upon a gem of a brewery conveniently perched on the corner. Easy to spot, even easier to get to--like it was calling my name. They've got the holy trinity: food, beers, and seltzers, but I was on a mission--beer first.My first conquest? The "Substitute Teacher." A Double Hazy IPA clocking in at 7.4%. Now, I know what you're thinking--double IPA? That's gonna be a hop slap to the face. But no, my friend. This beauty was smooth, without the overwhelming hoppiness you'd expect. It went down easy, dangerously easy, especially on a warm day when you're as thirsty as I was. Refreshing doesn't even cover it--this was liquid gold.But I wasn't done. Next up: the "Dr. Ortiz Orange," a Belgian-Style Witbier with Cal Poly Orange zest (5.0%). This wasn't just a beer; it was a crisp, citrusy breeze in a glass. Light, flavorful, and ridiculously easy to sip. I could've knocked back a few more, but I had to pace myself--or at least pretend to.The service? Spot on. Friendly, quick, no fuss, no complaints. They knew what they were doing, and they did it well.Bottom line--I walked in thirsty, I left satisfied, and I'm already plotting my return. If you find yourself near Mt. Sac, do yourself a favor: stop by, grab a pint (or three), and thank me later.

I finally got to try this place! This is a late review but we came here during baseball season Dodgers vs. Padres. They had the game on and we saw several tables being so into the game and food. Great atmosphere because there was a lot of energy but most people were just there to spend time with their family and friends. You order at the counter before getting a table. You pick up the food and drinks at the counter. I'm not a beer person but I heard they have a great selection. My favorite is the elite pizza. It's personal size and a bit spicy just the way I like it! The wings were also good. We got the buffalo. The fries on the other hand, was not crunchy at all.

This is my usual Go To for pizza and beer. Always great service and i enjoy their many seasonal releases. Great choices on pizza as well! I like that this supports Cal Poly and its students that operate the brewery.

First time trying this place on 02/22/25. Stopped in around 1:30pm - wasn't crowded but there was a good amount of people there. We were able to get a table for 6 inside. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, cheesesteak pizza, 2 orders of the boneless buffalo wings, waffle fries, & cheesy breadsticks. Food was good, pizza was really good. As far as drinks, we ordered a Brethren Belgian, a '66 Blonde, a Home EC, & a Luther Holt - all great. Will be returning for the beer but mostly for the pizza.

I like this place , just a few minutes away from my house this is the place to go when I'm hungry for a pastrami pizza ... yum yum this pizza is Always great. The servers are willing to help selecting your beer. They have in and patio seating , with music in both areas .

This place freakin sucks butt. I have no clue what's going on but if you are a hard worker and want to stop buy for a beer and some really good pizza , do not stop here. They claim they can only serve two beers a per person because it's on a college campus. So please think twice about spending your hard earned money here. I'm pretty sure that's not a rule because the guys sitting next to us said they were on there 4th beer. I made sure to ask because I felt discriminated against. This place sucks . Thanks. It's the third time they made some bs up to get some hard earning construction workers out of there. Please don't go there if you work hard for your money.

I was extremely impressed with the beer, vibe and food here! This looks like a sports bar kind of vibe, and they were playing tons of games on their tvs! The service is great! Everyone is so friendly! They have a full kitchen, and an extensive beer list. They don't have 4 packs to go but they do bottle! I highly recommend you try this place because you won't be disappointed An award winning brewery and the beers do not disappoint Do yourself a favor and make a trip to innovation! The place was on or near the Cal Poly Pomona campus. apparently, it is ran by students of Cal poly. I went in and experienced their happy hour which was a $7 pizza, I got pepperoni, red onions, olives and then I ordered hazy ipa which was tasty as well. The staff were all very nice and efficient. It was a quiet setting. Nothing too big. I feel like it is a nice place if you happen to be in the area and want to support college students for decent bar prices. It is quiet in there. Every one seems to watching TV or studying so I'm not sure about the party vibes

The waffle fries with aioli sauce are a must-try--they're crispy, golden, and the aioli adds a rich, savory kick that elevates the dish. The casual vibe makes it a great spot for a laid-back meal. While the service can be a little slow during peak hours, the food is well worth the wait.

Ok this place is close to my school and we went on a class celebration. They were very nice and happy hour was even nicer. I really loved the pizzas. I will be back as will the classmates. I highly suggest.
