India's Clay Oven

Just had dinner with my son here at India's Clay Oven, and the experience was excellent. He has never had Indian food before, and he lived it. We like food extra spicy so we ordered our food that way, and it was the best and spiciest I have ever had. Excellent food and service! We will be back.

Coming to this sit down restaurant was sadly a disappointment. The decor and ambiance had an extremely intimate vibe and well suited for date nights, but the service was extremely lackluster. It felt like a fast-food restaurant redecorated to a sit-down place but kept the same service level and mannerism of a fast food chain. The food presentation was overall excellent which gave false expectations to the flavor. Although the meat was well cooked, the broth or curry that the meat were in all lacked seasoning. It was comparable to my university's Tikka Masala. One dish or appetizer that was top-notch and would recommend is the Samosa chaat. The garbanzo beans were well seasoned and cooked spectacularly and the samosa was crispy and fluffy on the inside.

Sadly this was one of the most disappointing experiences with Indian food I've had in recent memory. We ordered a chicken tikka masala and a chicken biriyani. The chicken tikka masala was more sour than spicy and the chicken biriyani was dry, lacked spice, and didn't have anything really going for it. I was pretty disappointed as I was recommended this place and had high expectations for it that were unfortunately not met. I do not think I'll be back in the future.

This restaurant is perfect for date night with intimate lighting and delicious food options. They have many modern takes on Indian classics we know and love, including a build your own curry option and pizzas! The food is absolutely delicious and bursting with many flavors. The dishes we ordered were not spicy so I cannot attest to how hot their traditional dishes can be. They did offer us a delicious hot sauce and even provided us some to go! The samosas chaat was my favorite item. So unique and flavorful, and the chickpeas were cooked to perfection. The paneer paradise pizza was also amazingly delicious and I would definitely order it again! The tikka masala fries were good, but I wish the tikka masala sauce was more traditional rather than modern. It tasted very creamy, but I would still order again nonetheless. The mango lassi and chai tea are a must. I love that they bring the chai tea without sugar and you can add your own to taste. The services was very friendly and the food came in a timely manner. The restaurant has very ample seating and could even host a large party if need be. The parking is shared with other business, however, we did not have an issue finding a spot. I can't wait to go back to try other dishes in the near future! If you're looking for great Indian food in the IE then this is the place for you!

Great food, nice staff and very nice restaurant. Had a few of the appetizers- my favorite was the tikki masala fries and their version of onion rings. I had the chicken tikki masala (mild plus) and both the stew, rice and naan were delicious.

This place is amazing. I had the best goat curry and it was so good we order twice and finished both plates lol. Service and customer friendliness is par excellence and every dish was very good . Spice level is little high compare to other places so just tell them in advance ( they will ask) how you want your dish . Love to go there again and enjoy the friendly atmosphere with yummy food .

The food here doesn't miss. I came here with a big group and the service was so good and understanding. Love their curries and naan.

Very tasty Indian food! Even better the next day. They have a choose your own curry option which allows you to pick the meat and curry and spice also. I loved the tikka masala and boyfriend got the shrimp biryani. They give you lentil rice crackers as a little appetizer, but you can order garlic naan and other types of naan too. Their little version of onion rings was good too. Overall, nice ambiance and great friendly service.

The tika masala was delicious, right amount of spice. The young ladies hosting were very friendly and super attentive.The ambiance was elegant, would recommend to eat here.

My family and I ordered a couple of big trays of food from India's Clay Oven for my birthday, and honestly, it was amazing! We got Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, Rice, and Aloo Matar, and everything was perfect. The food was so flavorful and fresh - you could tell they really know what they're doing.They also did a great job with the packaging. Everything arrived neatly packed and still hot, which made it even better. The food really made my birthday special, and my family couldn't stop talking about how good it was.On top of that, they always have such friendly customer service. It's one of the reasons we keep going back. If you're craving Indian food, this is the place to order from.
