In-N-Out Burger

Im so happy there's a in n out close by! The service is great! Food is always delicious. Always super clean and the employees are always happy to help. Every time I sit down and theirs a dirty tablet they always clean it! Waiting for the food takes a while but it's worth the wait!

Order was completely wrong ended up having to go somewhere else to get food elsewhere because there was onion and food where onions should have been in and grilled cheese for my kids missing this place has gone downhill in the last six months. Not sure if you guys have a new manager, but maybe think about giving more training

Wanted to leave this five star review for the nice folks at this In-N-Out, we look forward to coming here every time we visit from Las Vegas. The team is really friendly and fun and they make great burgers. We love coming here, five stars all the way!

In n out is staple of Southern California and the rich tradition can be found at the Clay st Riverside location. Line moves but as far being the slowest I would slightly disagree. The disadvantage of this location is it's at very busy intersection and at peak times could be a challenge getting out. I tried the cold cheese Tic-Tok "challenge" it's good but not a game changer. I do suggest you do try it at least once. The employees here are cool never had an issue as far as customer service at this location or any in n out to be honest

Our order took 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Is that normal? We probably would've had faster service if waited until the drive versus ordering at the window. We'll probably drive the additional 4 miles for the other in n out location, next time

What happened to my fries... is that all? Reasonable service, dropped my peppers on the floor, but really... where are my fries... 1/3rd filled... unacceptable!

Delicious flavor in every bite and the amount of fries they gave me was ridiculous and these fries were crispy and hot.. I mean this is hands down the best visit at any In N Out.

The line for the drive thru is nearly 30+ min every visit to this location & that's the only major issue. The food is always delicious and well cooked however I do think it could've been hotter when given after paying.The exchange between money and food was quicker than expected due to the time I spent in line but the experience in a whole was chill. Fortunately I got patience ! lol.The location of this in n out is pretty wild being on such a busy street.

Slowest In n Out I have ever been to. Guaranteed 45 minute wait at minimum even with low amounts of customers. What is going on? You will burn a quarter of a tank waiting in this line. Save the trouble go to the location on Van Buren.

Just wish they could get the order right. A "double hamburger" is not a Double Double. "Iced tea with lemon" doesn't mean iced tea with no lemon. Please pay attention. We wait long enough; don't need to cause everyone to wait longer.
