Impressions Gourmet Catering

Impressions did two corporate events that I was involved with and I recently asked if they would do a retirement party at my house for (60) guests. They hit it out of the park! The servers (Natalie, Kaylie and Hunter) were attentive to our needs and interacted beautifully with our guests. We did hot and cold appetizer buffets and their now famous (trust me on this one) Mashed Potato and Mac 'N Cheese "Martini" Station. Our guests are still raving about both that station, the baby lamb chops, the rare roast beef on croutons and the bacon wrapped scallops. Beth and Sandy in the home office made the process easy. Truly amazing!

First time using Impressions Catering and was very impressed.Had them cater an in office business luncheon which turned out beautifully and tasted delicious. Team member named Sean who delivered and set up our order was very punctual, professional and friendly.Nice display. Good food!

I can't say enough about Impressions Gourmet Catering!! Everyone was great ,helpful and on the ball. They had it down, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was outstanding!!!! Everyone wanted to know who did the food because of the quality of the food and service. I plan to have them cater my next event for sure!!

From start to finish, Impressions Catering was AWESOME! The timing and professionalism from initial contact to contract signing was easy, helpful and uncomplicated. The day of, Impressions arrived on-time and setup quickly. All of the staff for our event were friendly, efficient and respectful. The food was so good! The prime rib was the best we've ever tasted! Impressions cleaned up fast, wrapped up all of our leftovers and placed them in the kitchen and even took the trash when they left! We couldn't be more impressed! What a great first impression, Impressions Catering! We highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any future events. We'd give 10 stars if we could!

Impressions catered my grandmother's 70th birthday at Victoria Gardens Cultural Center and were a pleasure to work with.SERVICEOur catering sales manager was Beth. She returned all phone calls and emails promptly and offered suggestions to accommodate our budget. The buffet itself was well-appointed and continually restocked throughout our event.*We had one issue with the chicken. Apparently the stuffing included chopped bacon, delicious to me but the birthday girl was allergic and paid the price later that night. Since it was not listed in the menu as including bacon they offered a partial refund and we were happy with that. Lesson for them - include ALL your ingredients or ask for any allergies. Lesson for us - Don't just rely on the menu, tell your caterer of any allergies upfront whether they ask or not.I don't live in the I.E. but I still have family out there so I would recommend Impressions to any of them for future events.

Sandy and the team at Impression are 1st class all the way! We had our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Ontario and were expecting about 100 guests. Last minute (just days before our event) our caterer decides he cant follow through with his commitment & backs out last minute. So I Google "caterers in Ontario" and call the first 3 options. The first doesn't get back fast enough and so I have 2 others willing to take on our event at short notice, The biggest difference was the professional attitude Sandy had that earned my confidence & business. Not only was the food a big hit but under these stressful circumstances, Impressions made me feel comfortable by first finding out what we wanted and then offering multiple options. They really made a possibly bad situation a great experience for our guest and us. Nobody had a clue this was put together on a few days notice. I cannot thank them enough for coming through on such short notice & would recommend them to all my family and friends. What a difference it makes when dealing with true professionals!

My wife and I used Impressions Catering for our wedding in July 2011 and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, their prices were competitive and fair, and their food was tasty. I take off one star just because it isn't the best food you'll ever have, but it's pretty good for a catered event. We received several compliments on the food from our guests.The day of the event setup, serving and tear-down were all taken care of without a hitch. The staff on hand at the event was extremely professional. To put it shortly, I'm glad that we chose Impressions and we would do so again.

I had Dolores as my bartender for my wedding on May 27th and I wanted the company to know that she is a wonderful employee and hard worker! Thank you for being apart of our big day!

Impressions catered for my high school band banquet and they did an amazing job! We had bow-tie pasta with vegetables and a chicken piccata, with a tiramisu cheesecake for dessert. This package averaged at $17 a person and everyone at the banquet loved the food! The set-up for the food was organized and clean, enhancing the experience.When I talked to Sandy, she was very helpful in creating a package for our group of 170 people and I cannot thank her enough for being so nice.I highly recommend this catering company for any event!

I have had the pleasure to work with Sandy and her staff as a Foodservice Vendor and I can assure you that their food is of high quality they purchase the best products the market has to offer.I have dealt with Impressions Gourmet Catering for over 20 years and they are the best.
