We came here with some friends on a Saturday night; it's not busy at all not sure if it's due to the cold weather or the cost. We got our tickets online on the Black Friday sale (40 percent off); however, later when I checked the website, they had another promotion for 50 percent off. We reached out to see if they can do a cost adjustment, but no response. The original forecast said it might rain, we also reached out to them to see what they are going to do if it's raining, but again no response! The parking is big but very expensive (18 dollars per car) on top of the tickets. The security line was short and fast. They have a main stage for some live performances and most younger kids loved it. There were not that many vendors or not that many interesting ones to check out. Most of the activities required additional costs (10 bucks per person for cookie decoration). We think the costs are high (5 bucks might be more reasonable)...Santa pic is free if you taken on ur phone. The side with all the lights was festivaly and they also have snow falling every 15 mins with music. The kids still had a good time and we spend about 2 hours there.I would say the cost is high. So keep checking for promotion, I would not pay full price for the event. Trying to carpool with friends and family to split the parking. Eat before you come (not many food vendors we saw, just a few depressing ones). The parking accepts cash and credit card and most vendors do too.

We headed to the @illuminatesilverlakes last night and from our experience I will share with everyone my intake on it. They are open until Dec. 30th. Let's start with the location's parking; plenty, plenty of parking. Parking costs $20 and they do tell you to it's to the right but if you keep going towards the end and left you will be closer to the entrance as it is through the field. Service: The staff was the best! From the entrance to the ones inside of the park. They were all super friendly courteous and would offer to take family photos if needed. Activities: so many photo opportunities, cookie decorating ( which I recommend you get entrance to it ahead of time through the website), firepits for s'mores making, meet and greet with Santa Claus. Live music and also @kidsimaginenation performance which gets the children and I'm not gonna lie also the adults to dance alongFood/snacks: Hot cocoa, coffee, pretzels, kettle popcorn, churros, tamales, turkey legs, hot dogs and plenty of sweet pastries and treats. Ohhhh and I almost forgot to mention, they have adult drinks too The bar is by the Santa Claus meet and greet area (you're welcome) Overall intake: It was such an awesome experience to share with the family. Again thank you to @illuminatesilverlakes for the tickets, my kids enjoyed every second of it. I was back to being a kid again and oh btw I'm on Santa's Nice list... okay maybe not lmbo... I definitely recommend everyone to visit, I can assure the little ones and also the older ones will have plenty of fun! Don't forget to bring warm clothing as it does get cold out here, well at least for me lol you can follow them on Ig @illuminatesilverlakes and also follow @theprinceandIbakery

It's the time for the holidays. This event had a good hand full of venders from homemade desserts and you can purchase your s'mores kit there for $10 , kettle popcorn, a huge stage pack with singing and dancing for the whole family. No outside food or drinks allowed in the event. Beautiful lights where you can explore alls a area that lets out snow. A huge sleigh where you take some lovely photos. The best station was Santa and his Elves. The cutest Omg was one of my friends daughter wasn't able to go so Santa Did a recorded a Video for them which was super nice. A great place to bring the family.

Took my son and nephew to this and was very impressed. The lights had lots of opportunities to take photos and had fake snow blowing. A huge lit sleight you can sit in, and music playing. There was story time with the elves, which was interactive and they read two books. They let the kids tell Christmas jokes and take pictures with the elves on stage. They also offered free professional photos with Santa, which they text to you as a link. Santa was super sweet to our boys and told them both they were on the nice list. There was a Christmas stage show with @kidsimaginenation playing elves that the kids loved dancing along with. The elves show alternated with a band, and the singer had great interaction with the kids. There are some paid add-ons like cookie decorating, and s'mores kits. There is a bar where you can get regular hot chocolate or spiked. It was pretty cold but there were fire pits and patio heaters. Besides the hot cocoa they sold churros, coffee, pretzels, tamales, turkey legs, elote, hot dogs and candy.

We got our tickets for 60% off on Black Friday. We spent around $60 for 2 adult and 1 child ticket. We spent an additional $18 for parking. It isn't worth even the discounted price of admission. Only 1/5th of the lake is lined with lighted displays. That's the most disappointing part - it's called illuminate! You can walk through the lighted portion in less than 3 minutes. It's small. After the light trail, there is a Santa. It's staged in front of a bar where you can order regular or spiked hot cocoa (the latter was $15). You get a free professional photo. There is a very small, unattended table with 4 chairs where your kids can write letters to Santa. If you want to do the s'mores station or cookie decorating, it's an additional $10 per child. The "live entertainment" is a band who plays Christmas music. There are no food vendors. The vendors are kind of terrible actually because they weren't even holiday focused, few things you'd see at weekend swap meets. We went with a group of people so our kids had fun running around and it kept us there longer. Otherwise we would have been in and out of there in less than an hour. Just too much dead space and not enough lights for the outrageous cost of this event. Had I paid 60% more than the discount tickets I purchased, I would be dumbfounded. The event needs a lot of work.

What a rip off, don't waste your money on this. It's insane how much you have to pay to go in. What's worse is they charge you $18 to park. If you want to see lights just drive through your neighborhood. It's about the same without wasting your hard earned money. The vendors were awful. Same stuff you can get at any farmers market. They should pay you to go in.

What a waste of money! So disappointing. Even the kids said it was ridiculous. How sad. We went in 2019 and it was magical. I was hoping this event would be the same. Apparently this event is being put on by a completely different company. I wish I would've seen that little fact. It was suspiciously the last FAQ answered on the bottom of the list. This event is super pricey, super small, and just a waste of gas money and time. We left after 30 minutes. Took a couple pics and that was it. Don't bother.

Don't waste your time and money. Not worth the price of admission. Not much there to see and do for the expensive admission.

Although there were some pretty light displays, this event in Norco was a complete waste of time and especially money!!! We took our grandson for his birthday thinking it would be a festive wonderland with booths of crafts. Not many booths, displays were pretty, but that was about it. Aside from the entry fee being ridiculously priced (and that was with a goldstar discount!) they charged $18 for parking and then we had to walk quite a distance through a poorly lit field to get to the entrance! Nothing like taking advantage of people! It took nearly 1/2 an hour to get through the entrance, why? Because they had to check everyone's bag!! And they were scanning kids too! Disgraceful! The whole evening took about an hour to get through and that was us walking slowly.SAVE YOUR MONEY! It was a complete waste! I wish there was a way to give this event no stars! Whoever put this together should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people, especially during this economy!

A great place to take your family, friends and kids! They have places to lounge, listen to Christmas songs and enjoy some good snacks. They also have great spots to take holiday pictures with Santa, elf's and all.
