This IHOP is an older establishment, and the building shows, but the food and service I received were excellent and everything I saw was clean. I am not a big fan of pancakes. I only eat them at IHOP or one other restaurant. The pancakes here are delicious as are the other foods. I got the Sampler breakfast and really enjoyed it. Our server kept us supplied with coffee and whatever we needed. Parking seemed limited as there were few spaces left while the restaurant was only half full. The ambiance was positive and perfect for friends and family to meet and have good food and conversation. Overall, very good. I would return.

The food was incredibly amaze balls especially the pancakes with strawberry syrup. My server was so nice and she had the food out in 5 mins. Also they gave me a big glass of milk so that a bonus. And to top it off the eggs were bomb and I got the 7$ breakfast faves combo. Overall it's 5 star restaurant

My husband and I order our breakfast here whenever we both feel lazy to make and cook for us. Grandson loves the crepe. It's a hit or missed here, maybe depends on the cook for the day.

I don't understand how this is supposed to be a pancake house and all the syrups are extremely watered down! There's no flavor or substance to any of the syrups. They're just colored water with sugar. It's disgusting! What a shame cause the food is good, but the watered down syrups is really bad. I don't know if it's all chops or just this one on University. I guess I will find out when my kids ask to go to ihop again. It's really sad cause I used to love ihop syrups and was sad when they discontinued the boysenberry syrup. I thought at least they still had butter pecan. But that really sucked today. I had my husband try it and he said they mixed the old fashion with the butter pecan. So I tried each flavor and all were equally disappointing. So ihop do better!!!

The Pablono Omelet was very tasty. Strawberry-mango tea was interesting. Pancakes are exactly what they are. The server was awesome. Listening to the children from the next table was quite entertaining. You receive way more food than anticipated, and sometimes it's hard to eat it all. I was very pleased with this visit.

Place does not have bike parking as advertized on this page. Food was below average even compared to the nearby Denny's. Portion size for the hash brown I ordered was 1/3 of what it ussualy is. The milkshake was also way too thick. Food was 3/5Price was 4/5 (15 dollars for a burger and fries. Standard for large dinner chains) Won't be coming back. There's too many better options nearby for it to make sense. According to my partner, the pancakes are 5/5 though. So do with that what you will. I would give it 3/5, but the lie about the bike parking brings of down to 2 stars.

I can here on valentine's day and dined with sunny. He was all alone and held the place down. Very warm and welcoming. The food was great, one of my favorite IHop experiences.

Sorry I came to I hop today waiting to be seated with my granddaughter never have I fell so un welcome in ihop staff never addressed me when I walked in passed me by 2 times as I was waiting to be seated the workers make no eye contact as they ask who's next they have no manners
