3 solid stars It's on the corner of magnolia, careful walking through the parking lot as to there driveways for easy targets for being hit. Restaurant is cleanBathrooms are cleanNot busyLots of servers helping, with seating, drinks and one takes the orders. Knocking off a solid star bc what the menu says and shows is not what you get. For example the kids order French toast with fresh strawberry and banana with chocolate syrup. Now to my frustration was that I just wanted to skip the chocolate syrup and have extra strawberries. Which unfortunately you cannot do, due to management restrictions and unable to charge..... this is a Restaurant and I have 2 small children with me. Just trying to give my kids fresh fruit. Charge how you need to. Don't put your employees in hard situations too explain why they can't do something. To add the strawberries are not fresh, they are glazed/compote . Menu shows fresh sliced. Miss leading. 2nd star being the food, highly disappointed but also extremely hungry after a long drive traveling with my minions. So perhaps I'm grumpy too. But the fact that eggs benedicts were over cooked and zero flavor I just couldn't wait to correct and was not the worth the hassle. It's kid friendly enoughGreat for big groups and family Food comes out fastCustomer service is iffy, but not terrible. Again I'm short tempered and grumpy from a long drive. Sorry I needed some extra Pampering hahaKnowing the beloved chain is not held up to same standards imo, when traveling, I'll seek somewhere else especially with kids. Best of luck yelpers.

Got there and ate by myself, very immaculate, peaceful vibes. Servers were fast and didn't bother me too much. Food came fast and tasted amazing (try their tomato basil soup). It was clean. Overall, an excellent place to rest after a long day and eat some cheap grub!

I tried their new 2x2x2 deal with sausage and eggs. With this new deal came unlimited pancakes. The pancakes, eggs, and sausages were great, but my problem came with the service. I went with my sister and mom and the employees gave me trouble with my sister's order. My sister wanted to order a chicken and waffles off of the kids menu, but they did not allow her, due to her not being under 12 years old. Our waitress told us that she was not allowed to order off the kids because her manager does not allow it and "that she is standing right over there." I asked if she can bring her over. The manager came over, and I told her that my sister is not able to eat large portions, and the manager was still extremely hesitant to give her the kids meal. After a minute of her give my family the run around she said she would give it to us. I then went on to never she the waitress who took my order again. It seems she got annoyed just because I asked for a manager.Additionally we were not able to pay on the app because for some reason they manually cross that option off with no explanation. Terrible service with a loud and crowded ambiance.

Wanted to beat the Father's Day rush by ordering a takeout on a Saturday morning, but the real reason was a special request from my 7 year old granddaughter: CinnaStack w doughnut holes! (Ordered as a side, because I knew she wasn't going to eat the huge regular stack.) Really pleased with the to go bag, as there were enough scrambled eggs, bacon, crispy hash browns, and of course famous fluffy pancakes for the rest of us adults!Nicely done, IHOP :-)

Service was horrible. We had 3 servers in our area helping each other. The one who brought our drinks, spilled our coffee everywhere when she poured it. Then she forgot our waters and we waited forever. My silverware was still dirty but had the nerve to give it to me in a basket of napkins. So disgusting. The servers did not check on our table. It was super busy in there but it seemed like they were checking in on certain tables especially the larger ones. Food was just ok. My pancakes would fall apart the moment I cut them. The batter is not correct to be doing this. Yeah I think this is it for me with IHOP. Coffee needs work. The restroom had paper everywhere on the floor. Like if they can keep their dining area and restroom clean. Makes me wonder about their cooking area especially bring that my silverware were still dirty. Paying $50 for this type of service and food. I'm good!!

Recently, we had the worst experience we were told on arrival that they were shortstaffed. We had some what of a larger party and we assured the waitress we would be patient, however after almost 2 hours at this location, half of our party had not received our food and the food that we received was cold, uncooked or completely wrong. Mind you there were probably three other tables at this time and one of which the people completely left because they never received anything .The waitress Simply stated I told you we were shortstaffed. It was not a great experience and was extremely disappointed and of course, the waitress although couldn't find anybody else's Bill, she had the most expensive Bill from the group folded tucked in her pocket. we ended up paying for what we did end up receiving half of the party ended up going somewhere else and a few of us got sick after I don't know what this looks like during the day but in the evening I would avoid.

The worse service and server I have ever seen at any IHOP place. Stop for breakfast and after a sizable waiting time. The waitress shows up with a very bad attitude. In a hurry like she is going somewhere. We requested a different waitress and after a long wait the second one was not any better from the first one.Make us wonder if we are doing something wrong or saying anything weird. Nope. Just down to earth rude improfessional waitresses with no customer service.Anyway totally a bad experience all way around and no reason for it.Never coming back... Not recommended.Just stay away.

We came in today on New Year's Eve which is a Tuesday excited to have breakfast because of their $7 menu that is available from Monday through Friday. Nowhere on their ad did they say it excludes holidays. After we ordered our breakfast drinks we tried asking for the $7 menu and they declined saying it's a holiday and the specials don't apply. First of all New Year's Eve isn't a widely acknowledged holiday and doesn't qualify as a federal holiday which we mentioned but they still declined to honor it. Slimy of them to not mention it excludes any sort of holiday and not honor the deals. We will not be back after today please don't expect them to honor any deals and they might make up excuses not to. It's sad because we use to come here very frequently.
