Came here for a 6am breakfast outing. Average service and our waitress was a sweet person. Food was good, we didn't mind the wait since we were catching up.

Ate here this past Wednesday for brunch. It wasn't very busy when we sat down, but it took a while to order and receive our food. I ordered the 2 eggs, 2 meat, & 2 pancake special, my friend had the steak & eggs, and my nephew had the kid's chicken strips & fries. He also had the orange creamsicle shake. My meal and my friend's meal were fine, but my nephew's chicken strips were hard like rocks, he didn't eat them. The shake was super sweet & not good. The worst part was that there was no AC and we were basically melting for the entire meal. Once we realized there was no AC, I was wished we could eat & run out of there. It was much cooler outside the restaurant than inside. My first time eating at this location and I see why the reviews are poor and everyone eats at the other IHOP.

Just wasted a hour of my time. I know what time I got here because I texted my friend when I had just arrived and I know when I ordered because I also sent them another text telling them what I ordered. When I arrived the it was 1:30 and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I sent my order in at 1:45. It's now 2:30 and I couldn't find my server so I let another employee know to let her know I was leaving due to waiting almost a hour for my food when the restaurant was almost empty and every table with guests was a table that had already finished eating so it's not like there was a bunch of people waiting for their food, only me. The employee I told did not care at all and said "okay bye" so I asked to speak to the manager and I told her everything. She was apologetic but I'm still leaving annoyed that I sat in this almost empty restaurant for a hour. On top of that I brought midol into the restaurant with me because I'm on my period and been waiting to put food in my system before I take the pills so I been sitting here with the worst cramps just waiting for some food. Now I have to figure out where to get food from because I don't eat fast food and I have to get to work soon.

Chiya was incredible! She was doing 6-7 tables at a time dealing with vastly different personalities and adapting to each one along the way. She had energy but wasn't in your face about it, and she rocked every order, each step of the way. She is the reason I will come back more often. The food was also tasty and the wait wasn't very long especially for a Saturday morning.

Easily the worst sandwich I've ever had. The sandwich had absolutely no marinara sauce, no seasoning, and no flavor. The fries were soggy and had no flavor either. I would've received a better meal from any fast food restaurant. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I for one always come to this location for late night coffee. I usually always get really good customer service, there may be a few times where they mistreated me but i brush it off because whatever. but this time was completely unacceptable. the manager gabby, was very rude the whole time me and my friends where there. she gave us cold coffee the first time and when we asked her to warm it up she gave me a HUGE attitude about it. then as we ordered some fries and other sides she was just very rude about it. im a young woman who drives alone all the time so i make sure to get to my car as quickly as possible. i parked at the side of the building and i have a old car so it wont unlock itself you have to use the key. as me and my other girl friend were leaving we were going to go out the side door because it seemed like the safest and quick way. she yelled "you cant go out that door you should know better". now i understand we cant go out the door. she couldve been so much nicer about it instead of having a bitch tone with us. it was completely rude and unprofessional of her and i am not happy with my experience of this location. very unprofessional! very rude! talk to your employees about being professional when they talk to customers. i will not be returning to this location.

Alright guys came here for food at a none busy time. service was 3/5 they took a long time to get us water but the food was good. This is where stuff went down hill had to use the restroom and while i was in there two different workers went in, took dumps & didn't wash their hands... cmon on bruh.
