our server Cynthia was amazing & our food was so good we finished most of it before remembering to take the photo but we got the cinnamon french toast and the berry'd and then the sampler with chicken tenders and mozerella sticks

I came here tonight and ordered the chicken and waffles...the menu has it for $18.29 at full price and my bill showed up charging $19.29 I mentioned it to the server and she said that after 10:00 their prices go up!?!? lol I responded that it was not a special that I was ordering, but a regular menu item at full price on their regular menu and there's no written anything that states that their prices go up after 10 on their regular menu? She said sorry but they do, the funny thing is, is that people will get ripped off not knowing they just simply raise their prices on their own but their menu states different? I don't mind paying a little more! But I do mind getting ripped off! And feel tricked without my knowledge! I usually tip very well but I just have the waitress 15 percent! I will not return to this establishment because that's just a cheap way to rip people off without their knowledge!!!! The code also tasted like crap tonight!

Went to an early dinner for my daughters birthday and had the worst service ever! There was one waitperson and one what I will assume is the manager since she did not have a uniform on. There were 6 tables of customers. This should be manageable between the two of them and one bus person. However the manager did nothing except assist in bringing the plates of food. We were seated and it took 15 minutes before we were able to order drinks (not even water on the table) so ordered drinks and our app because who knows how long ordering food will be. Another 10 minutes before we get our drinks. We order our food. Another 15 minutes before our appetizer comes out looking sad! The smallest onion rings I have ever seen outside of Burger King! I ask for refills because all of our drinks are empty and I ask for napkins since we have none and no silverware or app plates!! They bring us 3 napkins for a party of 5! Guess we are sharing! Another 15 minutes and our food comes out. Keep in mind no empty cups have been bussed (we ended up with 14 empty cups on our table) and the app plate is still on the table. My husband ordered the bacon burger..........there was no bacon, my daughter ordered mayo on her burger.......there was no mayo, I ordered the bbq burger and there was one drop of bbq sauce, my mom ordered a side of bbq sauce........there was no bbq sauce, my son ordered breakfast...........he got no food for another 5 minutes. He was the only one who got silverware so we had to share his knife. His toast only the top piece had butter on it the other 3 slices were dry. There was no seasoning in his food and our table had no salt and pepper. Just the worst experience. We will go to Dennys or Polly's Pies before ever coming here again such a disappointment.

Waitress only gave us a small menu that didn't have all the items.Had to request the extended menu and she brought one for the four of us. Most of our food was over cooked. Waitress kept forgetting our stuff. Waitress never brought the bill.Spent over $100.What a waste of money

I have been a long time customer to this particular IHOP I always order to go., today I'd like to thank a young lady who was very friendly and polite, I did not ask her name but my receipt says MIRANDA G. I always check my order before leaving but I didn't check it this time, when I arrived home I was very pleased to see that all of my toppings were in the bag for my strawberry's and crème crepes. It might not be a big deal for some but it is for me when I am missing toppings. Thank you once again., please let her know that am so grateful for making sure everything was in my order how it should be. Great Gob

Came here to eat during lunch, waited ten mins before I called someone over to help us If ur busy at least acknowledge our table but nothing. The food was ok. The restaurant is packed and still glasses up separating all the tables. Definitely dont recommend this ihop!!!

Overpriced food that can be got elsewhere. Was there this morning and only wanted a pancake, egg and coffee. Coffee was great. Egg overcooked and pancake gooey in the center. This is the first time I had been in a long time and now remember why. The waitress was nice and there was only one other customer so maybe I know why. Table was uncomfortable and I couldn't reach the floor. Window was not real clean ate 1/3 of the pancake and drank 2 cups of coffee so paid my bill and left. Tomorrow will be out also and eat pancakes some place else.

We ate at the hemlock ihop location. Went up to pay with a gift card and debit but cashier put gift card on a different table. Which we understand accidents happen and she was very nice about it. But when she had to get a manager to correct mistake, the older lady with a brown reddish hair seemed upset that she had to stop talking to employees in back to come help us. She then asked for my gift card number on my phone I was telling her and she instead reached out and grabbed my phone while rolling her eyes. Which was very rude and unprofessional for a reason that wasn't even our fault. She needs to be corrected on her customer service because everyone else was very nice. Due to that we will not be returning. She needs to fix her attitude thanks.

Each time we come to I Hop something is always wrong. We decided to give it another chance and I'm glad we did. Our server was Alissa and she was great. She was a little slammed but she was still attentive to us and everyone else. She did everything with a smile. Over all she made our experience memorable. Kudos to her! Next I come back I'm requesting her. :)
