Pros: *Best prices compared to its competitors (I've done my research)*Prices of all items are FULLY displayed (no more guessing how much items costs)*Love the 1-on-1 attentive service that the owner provides (I tend to ask lots of ?'s)Cons:*The business hours are from 12p-8p M-F & on SAT 1p-7p and SUN 1p-6p. It would be nice if it had longer business hours.Overall I would recommend to check out IE VAPES. It is clearly a hidden new gem here in the Inland Empire.

Came in and asked lots of questions about each vape products they have. The owner Jay help me which ones the best for me and went through all the details how to use it. Good customer service I highly recommend IE Vapes

Great Vape shop! My go to for aleverything I need for a great price. The owner is really nice and helpful.

Stopped in the shop the other day to check them out! Its was a nice looking shop, pretty plain though, needs a little decorating or rearranging. They carry the basic tanks/attys and had both clone and authentic mods. Not sure how long they have been open for.At the time there was only one person working and he showed me where all the flavors were to try. Ended up getting a tip for my atty and a bottle of liquid. Prices were reasonable, they seem to fit in the normal price range for expected items. The guy that helped me had great customer service. He was genuinely a nice guy and seemed like he wasnt bothered i was there while he was eating lunch. I gave them 4/5 just because I would like to see more authentic mods/attys. Unfortunately the market is so heavily saturated with clones.

This place has by far the best prices on vapes that I have seen which was nice. I went in knowing very little about vapes and the man at the counter (i didn't get his name) was very helpful. He didn't seem too talkative and I wouldn't have described him as warm like other reviews have said, but he was very knowledgeable and helped me find a vape that best suited my needs. He also helped me find a flavor that I enjoyed and had me out of there pretty quickly which I was pleased with. It was definitely a nice experience in that I didn't feel pressured into buying things I wasn't there for and he nailed what I needed as soon as I told him that I just needed something simple that I can't screw up easily. I was pleased with the experience. I just wish that he was a little more personable with me.

Just stopped by this shop and one thing that stood out the most is the really good customer service that these guys provided to me. I came in cause my mod wasn't hitting right. They knew exactly what the problem was and got straight to fixing it for me. Now my mod is blowing clouds. I definitely see them doing some big things in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Decent shop with fresh juices but with business hours of 12pm to 9pm, I have to wonder how committed to the business the owner is.

The owner truly has a passion for vaping and it shows. He has helped me numerous times without ever assuming I was going to buy. The juice selection is great, and the prices are as well. Mellow atmosphere and quality service. No matter where you are at in your discovery of the "vape world", this is the place to shop!

Great environment and friendly atmosphere!!! Guys were very helpful and generous with sampling the different vapes! Enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back. :)~
