Hwy 74 Donuts

I live on the other side of perris and while out to take my mom to do some blood work we had time to go get some breakfast and since ppl talk about this place a lot we figured why not. I ordered a cream cheese croissant and what I got was a Burnt empty croissant ..they must have put a small tsp if that of cream cheese. I was extremely disappointed...my mom asked me to go back in and get it replaced but then the place was busy and the lady was no longer interested in what I needed. I will definitely go back to my usual donut place in perris as at least they don't burn the donuts and would have a problem giving their customer such a donut.

So I was headed to work and was craving a donut. Seen this shop the day before and decided to stop in. First sign of a donut shop. If it's not poppin in the morning, it's probably not good. It was empty. But I went in anyways. I was greeted as I walked in. I went with my test donut, chocolate glaze and one other. Now where it starts to go bad, I'm one person I don't need a dozen, the lady says that's it? Really? I can't just get two donuts and a drink? Ok no worries. The other part is they don't have a huge selection. Very minimal choices. And half of them weren't even filled. After 5 you should have your donuts out fresh. That's like peak hours for the first rush. Again, no big deal. I eat my donuts. Average. Average donuts, below par service. Not a place I'll come back to unfortunately. I like to support mom and pop shops but I can't when even the food doesn't measure up.

As a Jehovahs witness, we used to go here a lot and the donuts were so good. This was years ago. I was recently in the area, and thought, I am going to get me a hiway 74 donut. When I got there, there was someone at the counter, so i excused the fact that the lady behind the counter never acknowledged me. The customer left, and I stood at the counter the lady still never acknowledged me. I yelled hello. I never should have done that. I mistakenly still spent money for memories sake. But, I will never spend my money there again, and hope most blacks in the area would never spend a dime there. I don't know if the same owners, but this was a thumbs down experience. Sherri Hunter

The custard donuts had hardly any filling. I do like the dough texture but the filling just isn't there. 4 bites in an I found the custard, same with the raspberry filled.

Doughnuts are ok. Only reason why I go is because it's a local shop that has decent boba.

Love their chocolate twist & chocolate bar donuts! On my commute home from work, I drive 5 miles out of my way to get these, that's how much I love them.

these guys are the best. very sweet lady, with excellent cheap sandwiches. my favorite is the #27 tuna sandwich, i could eat them 3 times a day and they'd be just as delicious as the first time. please let it be known the owner has told me that it is open from 4-8 and not 3-10 as it says on maps. please give this hole in the wall place a chance and you won't be let down.

I love this place! She is always so friendly and gives great service. Pretty clean. Awesome prices.

These donuts went down hill since nee owner the donuts are extra greasy and coffee always taste old

This was the only place that had decent boba that I would go to. I ordered some smoothies with boba and a Thai tea, and the small petite lady who works there didn't want to remake the Thai tea she accidentally made into a smoothie. Not only did she make it wrong the boba looked like chia seeds. She said she couldn't remake it because she would have to throw it away. What type of business is she running ? One with profits, no loss? I would not recommend it to anyone !! Go to the doughnut shop next to Stater Bros.
