Worse customer service to begin with. The girl there is rude on the phone and in person. The chairs and tables are usually very dirty... the business itself looks very dirty and Run down....definitely don't recommend nor will I ever use them again!

Hours say they open at 9 am on Saturday. Showed up around 9:20 and the place looked closed. So we called and no answer. Went to the door just to make sure, yep closed. Disappointing when you need to get a few things for a bday party.

It's a older large building hidden in Ontario industry area but it's a total gem if you just need the tables and chairs.This place doesn't offer delivery that's the only negative but for the friendly service and prices I rather go here then to be charged almost triple the price . It cost me $15 here as opposed to $40 other places . The tables were clean and in great condition. The deposit was low overall a great experience for me. They have a large variety of piñatas and other items for party needs.They offer reasonable hours and were more than happy to help me put the tables and chairs in my cars and take the chairs out once I dropped them off. Thank you Hueras for the great service I will be back to rent here for my next party For your great service greatly appreciated

Please Save your time and go else where! I called for prices which they are cheap $5 tables and .50 chairs. $40 deposit which you get back once you return their items and you must pick up because they didn't give me a delivery option. Well 12/31/16 my husband went in to order 20 chairs and 3 tables. The chairs were disgusting! Old, yellowed, scuffed you could obviously tell that the chairs weren't cleaned since last used, there was old balloon string tied to some chairs. I had to wipe them down with bleach water which didn't help and made me a bit embarrassed to sit my guest on these chairs. Same your time and order elsewhere for $12 more I could have them deliver at my doorstep and I may have had clean chairs and tables.

We've previously rented from this place and have never had an issue until today. My mom went in for me to rent 6 rectangular tables, 60 chairs & a girls jumper. Everything was fine until the young lady asked that we come in the day before the delivery to pay for the complete order or else they wouldn't deliver. I get it that they've probably not been paid or the driver is shady, regardless, how is that the problem of a returning client? Usually they take a deposit and then you pay the rest when they deliver, we would pay before the driver unloaded the order. What really did it is the attitude behind this explanation. She was condescending when saying that it's the owners new policy not hers. Then to top it off, she goes ahead and asks (as if she had clients waiting) "ok so are you going to want to place the order or not". The approach could have been better, after all, are the clients not the reason they're still around?I ended up finding someone also in Ontario through Yelp for $40 less! Guess who I will be recommending moving forward...not these guys.

Very helpful! Party was a success, guests liked all the decorations and requested where they can rent canopy, tables and chairs.

I called Hueras to see if they had a certain piñata and she had it! I told her I'd be there in 10 mins if she could hold it for me & she said sure that she closes in 10 mins but would wait for me. Took us a little longer than 10 mins to get there cause of traffic and the fact that my husband passed it(lol). But she was there waiting for me & showed us the piñata, my husband didn't want that specific one so without any problem she showed us other piñatas and helped us pick out one my family agreed on. She even made us laugh! I will definitely be back, we're new to the area but glad I found this place on yelp!

According to Google they are open on Mondays. I stopped by & they were not open. I called the number posted & no one answered. Their business hours & days should be accurate. What a waste of time.

NO STARS!! You get what you pay for! This is what I get for renting table cloths for $5.99 each I rented 13 black table cloths for my daughters coco theme birthday party. I should have caught on the invoice description that it states 13 long and no dimensions written. Come the day of the party they are dirty/stained/patched/different shades and lengths! I called and the response I got is they are clean and we don't give money back only store credit! Are you kidding me??!! Do you think I want anything to do with this place after what they seem to think is ok to present a customer with. Also you pay for the rentals in full upfront (sight unseen)and must leave a CASH deposit on top of that. In my case it was (80.00) no way to dispute! Never once did I get an apology even when I returned per their policy! On the contrary I got a reminder call to return them and got hung up on. Do yourself a favor and find another party rental!
