Just terrible customer service hung up in my faceTold me that they're closing in five minutes that they won't have time for me so don't come in They literally lost so much money for a potential long, loyal customer there's a lot of places that will be glad to have me as a customer I usually don't do reviews at this one is necessary from the lack of customer service and just being a normal person the owner of the store need to have a talking to you through their employees because they are losing the owner money$$$$terrible just terrible

This place is amazinggggg! they're always super patient with me bc I'm sorta specific with what type of vape I want and I love asking them to recommend new things to try! It's never busy when i go so it's a pretty quick experience!

This place sells flum vapes for significantly less than anywhere else.... And I figured out why.I recently bought 5 flum vapes of the same flavor that I have been using exclusively for about a year now. Never ever once had a problem with my purchases from anywhere else.Now, of the 5 that I bought at HOV, all but one of them stopped working and gave me the blinking light anywhere from just an hour of use and the longest only working for about 1 day of light use.When I compared the ones from HOV against other vapes of the same flavor, everything does look basically identical, but the ones from HOV did have a much darker shade of brown. Between this discoloration, the price being so much lower than anywhere else, and the fact they gave out within a matter of just hours, it's very *possible* (I can't directly prove it) that HOV SMOKE SHOP IS SELLING COUNTERFEIT FLUM VAPES.When I called them, I did not accuse them of selling counterfeits, but simply told them they stopped working in a matter of hours. I was told "sorry, but we have a sign that says to check your vape to make sure it works after a purchase"Hahaha what a joke!First off, I didn't see any sign that said so. Plus, even if I did and I checked them before leaving, I would have left thinking they were good because all 5 of them did work when fresh out the package. So I still would have been screwed, since I only would have realized they didn't work after getting back home.Stay away from this place if you're buying Flum vapes. The cheaper price isn't worth it. Go spend a few extra dollars anywhere else and have the peace of mind knowing you're buying a legit, reliable product.

Love this place! I've been a loyal customer at other local vape shops and just happened to find this place while I was driving. I've passed it hundreds but it doesn't look like a vape shop from outside so it's easy to miss. The guy working behind the counter is very friendly and always helpful. The shop has a huge variety of products. Everything is nicely arranged and organized.

I was looking for a new shop for disposal nicotine, and it was a pleasant surprise that they had a large inventory of everything and anything smoke. Staff was well educated, and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new smoke shop.

The service was okay but there products are bad don't get them they break easy ! Even had a receipt still wouldn't take it back and give a new one

My go to place for all things to my vaping needs. Staff is very knowledgeable on what they sell and have always knocked it out the park in making recommendations for their products.

Best place to shop I'm always finding exactly what I need. Very helpful and nice people working there. Definitely go and again.
