We decided to have a holiday dinner party for 13 people. The only problem was, I didn't want to cook all the food like most of us. I had heard from a friend about chef Robert Barth owner of Homegrown Chef. I called Robert and we talked for sometime regarding my menu and guest preferences. I felt really good after speaking with Robert that he was the one I wanted to prepare and cook our dinner party. Needless to say, it went off without a hitch. Robert and his team were there early and stayed late just to make sure that all my guests were comfortable and completely satisfied. Boy were they ever. From the appetizers, salads, main course then dessert, it all was amazing. Our food was hot, delicious and everyone had nothing but good things to say about him all night. I'm so glad we hired chef Barth to cook our dinner party. I don't think I could in anyway pulled it off in such a manner as he did. I will use chef Barth again this year for our family gathering, I highly recommend him for all your events or even private chef meal preparation. He has cooked for many years, you can tell by his many creations and culinary skills. One other thing I failed to mention was he also cleans up after your party. What more could you ask for Rick M.
