Home Pie Bakery & Cafe

Tucked away in a business complex, home pie is a hidden gem! This cafe is clean and I believe the owner helped us who was so friendly. We got 1 beef pot pie, 1 chicken pot pie and 1 beef empanada. She even threw in a free chocolate chip cookie for us. The pies were had a lovely flakey crust and the inside was warm and flavorful. It goes really well with her homemade hot sauce so ask for that. The empanadas probably our favorite, with a light and thin exterior and a piping hot flavorful beef interior. Support her business!

From what I saw through the opening, the kitchen was super clean and spotless. More than you can say for quite a few other private and mainstream restaurants. I popped in and tried the chicken curry pot pie, and it was delicious. My taste buds would have liked a little more spice/butter curry. That was a wow moment, I never thought about a curry pot pie until I saw it here. The crust was perfect buttery, crispy and delicious.

Incredible pies!! We bought beef empanadas, a chicken and vegetable pot pie, and a chicken and mushroom pie. The dough is flaky and buttery and the filling is seasoned exceptionally well. Don't skip the hot sauce!! They serve a small amount but the sauce packs heat. Heads up, they run out quick so try and go earlier. A new favorite spot!

Perfect food, used to work nearby and would get this almost every day. I need to go back to get more!

Did a big order for a work event and they were easy to work with! Pies were ready for pick up when we arrived and they were warm and fresh. Patty was so kind! You just know that she takes great care with We tried apple, peach, pecan, and boysenberry pies and they were all amazing. My personal favorite was boysenberry because I like less sweet things but everyone loved all of them. We also tried a chicken and veg pie and an empanada that were also good!

My husband Jason found this gem right before Thanksgiving. We tried the pumpkin and pecan pie and it was so delicious.My husband's grandmother is from England and these pies remind him of his Grandma Gracie. Pie crust is so flaky and pie filling is so good! Definitely will be added tradition to our home!

This is a 4-star chicken pot pie served in a restaurant with sweltering heat inside. Crazy that it was about 105 degrees in there and I could not wait to dive back into my car and eat.... Ahhh.... The salad days of Covid where dashboard dining was king! Pretty good pie. $11.58 (including tax) for a smallish pie but it was tasty. Needed the accompanying hot sauce but it was legit. I'll be back this winter.

Food was cold...pot pies were the size of a banquet pot pie...overpriced and over rated

**April 2024: Friday Afternoon Visit**This small no frills hole in the wall restaurant prepares some really tasty pot pies! My friend and I came later in the afternoon so unfortunately some of the pot pie offerings were out. However, I really enjoyed the leek chicken pot pie as it was super creamy. The chicken was moist and the pie crust had a nice flakiness to it. I would love to come back and try more!

not really even a pot pie type of person, came in on my lunchbreak, the person working was very polite and told me i had to try chicken and vegetables, it was bomb, ask for the hot sauce too, small spot but amazing food and cookies were great
