BE AWARE!We called ahead of time they said 2 pm we got here early checked in payed it is now 2:10 and they have not said anything we got up asked 1time at 2:05 pm he said we had to wait still ridiculous so if you have plans to be somewhere at certain time be aware to know unexpected changes Then He didn't like my review so the man Takes it upon himself to text my number, remember I did call for appointment hour beforeHe text to harass me And my little kidAnd threaten me & my kid to tell my kids coach At her school that I made a bad review weird man We had a logo on our clothes ...I told him I didn't care who he tells & that does not !validate his way I stand by my opinion he was so unprofessional If Iam aware yelp is for experience's and reviews this man is weird aggressive person crazy to do what he did when we left but still it was a horrible experience. Iam almost positive people to who give him five stars is people. He probably knows very well. He is not an equal type of man. Not to forget to mention while we waited witnessed him treating a father rude because of fathers autistic son that was with him This guy was a ugly soul I RECOMMEND EM in Rancho Cucamonga BY FAR ! The only thing they are Not open on weekends.reason why we tried this awful place Zero stars if I could.I wish I would've read the reviews before going now it makes total sense I have not been the only one he has taken upon himself to pull phone number from his caller ID to harass people that he treated unfairly.

Space was clean and it was easy to get a cage last minute. Staff was friendly and helpful. Players did front toss to each other. The pitching machine for softballs was not very good. It moved and was not consistent on pitch location. But maybe that's like a real pitcher. lol. Wouldn't go for just the softball pitching machine but the cage was nice enough.

When I stopped in for a quick session, I was met with a friendly smile right away. Reed was super helpful, laid-back, and took the time to introduce himself while walking me through the prices and getting me set up. Solid guy keep up the good work, Reed!

We came from out of town for a tournament. The batting cage was very clean and we got in right away on our scheduled appointment. All softball machines worked and had no issues. The only recommendation at this location would be to invest in more softballs because we had to share with the person next to us.

I recently brought my two boys to Hit-and-Run Batting Cages in Ontario and booked an hour of time. During our visit, I mentioned to the owner, Jeri, that I was interested in trying out another cage but wasn't sure if I would use it. After stepping away briefly, I returned to find that he had already rented out the cage I originally booked, despite our conversation. I had reserved it for an hour and felt that my booking should have been honored. We tried to set up in another cage, but it wasn't working well. When we finally moved to a third cage, Jeri came in aggressively and scolded my six-year-old son for touching one of the doors. Let me be clear--my son is only six, and if you're running a business that caters primarily to children, you should have the patience and understanding to address any concerns with the parents, not the child. As a coach and a business owner myself, I know this is not the way to handle a business or interact with young kids.I cannot recommend Hit-and-Run Batting Cages to anyone, especially families with children. If this is how the owner, Jeri, handles situations, I dread to think how he trains any employees, assuming he has any. If you decide to visit, please be vigilant and keep a close eye on your kids, especially around the owner.
