HiroNori Craft Ramen - Chino

We absolutely love this place! The Ramen is very authentic and the broth is amazing.We always bring people from out of town here and they always want to come back again. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic ramen.

The staff was awesome! Very attentive. Parking is spacious, but the restaurant is SOOOO TINY. Literally only like 10 tables lol. There is a time limit to eat, but food comes out relatively fast. I got the tonkatsu ramen and it was good the first few bites, but for some reason became saltier later on. The spicy tuna crispy rice was yummy and the pork buns melted in your mouth. Don't come during rush hour; come before or after!

Don't judge a restaurant based on how small it is lol. Their ramen is authentic and it was so good! Wasn't saturated in salt. We got the spicy tuna crispy rice & edamame as sides and they were both so good. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food came out fast. Because it is small, you may have a wait time so just keep that in mind with how hungry you are and how much conversation you have on your mind :PHad a great time here with my friend. Would definitely recommend and come back!

This is my favorite (& the best) ramen you could get in the Chino/Chino Hills area. Since HiroNori has opened, I have frequented this place with family & suggested to so many people. Their chashu is the best in quality & taste wise. Their broth is so good as is too. I can go on & on with how much I love this place. These are pictures from a few of my trips here.

Best ramen in Chino Hills as of 2025. Our son's favorite restaurant and the ramen never disappoints. I always get the tonkatsu and the pork melts and the broth nice and creamy. The sides are excellent as well, first try at the ahi tuna on crispy rice. I just got it because at the time we went everyone was getting it and then I figured out why. We'll be back as always.

時間不一定能夠證明什麼，卻能夠讓人看透很多東西,當經歷過足夠的事情，原來的我們，可能就再也回不去了，時間在變，人也在變，也許我們不一定會成功，但是一定會成長～今天也是要介紹一家連鎖店，是連鎖拉麵店, 阿聽說在我們Chino hills / Chino 這已經開一年多了， 怎麼都沒有人介紹呢？ 平常我就很喜歡吃拉麵，雖然我�嘴巴不是那麼的挑，但是遇到非常好吃的，我還是吃的出來的，這一家拉麵真的是日本人傳統做的拉麵的感覺，湯啊，麵啊，肉啊，都無可挑剔，尤其是我喝了第一口湯之後， 就知道我的心跟我的胃都給了這碗豚骨拉麵了，朋友的醬油湯麵，我也有嚐了一口，也非常好喝啊，打開yelp ㄧ看，媽媽咪呀，到處都有分店， 可能大家都吃到不想吃了，然後我才在這大驚小怪的，反正，我就是覺得很道地，很好吃，然後在門口又看到吃茶三千的招牌，真好，吃茶三千也要來我們這了， 歐耶!

I was referred to this place by a friend. I took my time and I am so sad I wasted so much time because we finally were here and it's SOOOO GOOD. I love the hot paste sauce thing they give you. It's like their signature hot sauce/ paste. I never had anything like it. I always get the veggie ramen and the vegan pot stickers. We also enjoy the edamame and hubby gets either the chicken and rice bowl or the Tonkatsu ramen. Even the kids love to eat here, they always get the pork ramen. It's definitely good food - We always have good service and the food is always fresh and delicious every time.

I gave a one more chance to taste on spicy cold noodle.Hiro san&Nori san had a changed back the taste! ありがとうございます!No more numbness in my tongue. Totally Recommended!!!!
