Hibachi Grill Buffet

Came here after the boy's surgery today. Been looking at all the food options in the area the last 3 days. It was either Flaming Buffet, Koreana Grill, Yoshinoya, or Hibachi Grill Buffet.First off, the name is very misleading. During LUNCH TIME there is no Hibachi steak!! The Hibachi Steak is for DINNER only. However, they do have a Mongolian bbq, where you choose your meats and veggies, and they grill it for you. They really do have a very big selection of various items, you can't go wrong w that!! The chicken wings were good. Beef and broccoli was good, chow mein and fried rice was good too. Soups were legit.They had a good selection of sushi rolls and I was surprised that they had an all veggie kimbap!! Lots of fruits and desserts to choose from so that was great too!!The drink is included w the price so that is a big plus!!!They have a lot of seating and the middle part was under construction. Temperature though, was very hot in there!!! Please turn your AC up!! It was unbearably hot and the temperature was not comfortable. Service was great!! One of the servers was very helpful, friendly and happy. I wish I'd tried their steak!! Guess I will have to come back here one of these days and try their hibachi steaks. Not bad for a $15 lunch though, can't go wrong w that.Sorry I didn't get to take pictures bc I was uncomfortably hot and also bc we were in a hurry since the boy was not feeling well and had just gotten out of surgery.Maybe next time I will have pictures to share.

Honestly, this place has gone downhill. Food selection is VERY limited and filled with very low grade cheap eats. You'll find frozen pizza, nuggets, stale fries, gyozas that are too hard to eat, fried breaded items, and Chinese food (broccoli beef, chow mein noodles, and fried rice). To think coconut shrimp is a "dinner" item, is a but crazy to me.Yes, they do empty your plates one by one to check for any wasted food to charge you. This is a buffet not an AYCE high quality sushi or KBBQ place, so it happens and they should know what comes with running this type of establishment. Especially if the food is rock hard stale or rancid (like the sushi), please refuse to pay for any extra charges! You're in the right to do so, especially since they charge you first.

I first went here over 10 years ago and the food was great! I went again last weekend and I was completely disappointed. I did go on a weekday so I'm assuming that's the reason for the very limited choices. Payment is upfront at the entrance, otherwise we would have left as soon as we took a look at the food. We paid like $16 a person for lunch with a drink. The fried shrimp were room temp and had black spots. The sushi selection was all a form of California rolls ( no fish). The egg drop soup had a green tinge to it. And to top it off we found a hair on the spicy chicken. The hibachi food lacked good flavor compared to other buffets. The veggie dishes were pretty good and fresh. The service was umm...different, it's self serve drinks and self seating. Definitely not coming back despite the $20 off next visit for the hair in the food.

I went this Wednesday, July 24,2024 And let me tell you. All the cream cheese products I consumed tasted rancid. The best way to describe it would be sour milk :( The salmon had the same flavor...

I don't know what happened to my old review but I left it close to the time this place opened up- solid 4 stars at that time. It's totally gone downhill now. A couple years ago I thought I got food poisoning from this place from undercooked shrimp (tail on one was still gray) but I wasn't positive that was from here so I gave it another chance today. The one item I really wanted - calamari - is no longer there. The coconut shrimp is still decent but the serving spoon burned my hand when I went to serve myself. Broccoli beef is okay. The fries were honestly the best tasting thing here. The spicy chicken was undercooked (meat still pink) and the mongolian grill options looked like a total health hazard - the chicken sitting out was completely thawed and room temp. Some of the little cakes I used to get for dessert aren't here anymore but they do have these little two bite cheesecakes that are nice. I'm just praying I don't get sick. Most likely never coming back.

I end up taking my young daughter here all the time on weeknights. It's not crowded, and we get there on time to pick what we want. The food here is consistently tasty. Don't expect King Crab legs for the reasonable price. The Mongolian bbq station is pretty complete with meat and seafood options and fresh veggies. I love the fried chicken if I catch a fresh batch. The walnut shrimp is fine. Free fountain sodas. The staff is nice as well. I appreciate this place for what it is. If it were extremely crowded, I would not come but I love it off peak hours.

You won't regret going to this hibachi. Buffet, they have a good variety . The service has always been great here. Because the waitresses ask you continuously. If there's anything that you need in case you need help. This establishment has also shown me cleaning as which give me trust to continue coming to this location.

It's very hot & stuffy inside, there's no air conditioning on only fans on wall, the bathroom sink is clogged & filled with water & food is sub par at most

Considering the price...it's a good deal whenever you don't know what to eat, lots of choices at a very affordable price.
