I came for the AYCE lunch special for my first time here and I really enjoyed this place. The decor was inviting and the restaurant was very clean. In a lot of sushi places the music is too loud and at times vulgar. Not here. The volume is perfect where you can actually talk while eating. Thank you for that! The rice to fish ratio is as good and the fish had good flavor. I came very hungry and left very full. As far as service goes, the three girls serving were great and very polite and friendly. Shout out to Jasmine, Libby and Fifi for their great service and personalities.

Food was questionable. We were a large party. My friend ordered the chicken teriyaki which she did not eat because the meat was not as fresh. There was mixed reviews on the sushi. I ordered the tempura vegetarian roll and added jalapeño and cream cheese. The rolls were very large and had to take various bites to eat one roll. The service was great.. the waitresses were very attentive. 4 of my coworkers had the AYCE - all you can eat sushi. No salad available but they did have the shaved ice dessert. The restroom was clean and the tables and restaurant as well. I probably would not return unless my friends pick this place but I don't think the majority of us would return.

Unfortunately this is the worst sushi I ever had. Sushi is one of my favorites foods and quality matters. This is the lowest quality from the rice to the fish to the sauces. They had a deal going on 3 rolls for 22 so I figured to try it out since I was in the area. I wasted my money on this food. I feel bad for anyone who comes here and wastes their money too because there a lot of better sushi places around. I honestly don't even understand how a place like this can still be open.

I love this place. Have been coming here for years and never disappoints. It's clean and host are welcoming as soon as you walk in. Both waitresses were very nice and accommodating. We were a group of 7 and were seated immediately. Food was good and fish was fresh.

I have seen this place for a while, but I just grabbed something here the other night with Uber Eats. It was so good. I had to try it in person and I have to say it is a smartest thing I've done all year.Jasmine was my server, and you can tell that she really likes her job. I asked her about her recommendations and she was actually excited to share her knowledge and experience with the menu. You can tell that for her this is not just a job, but is something that she loves. And attitude like that is great to see.When it was slow, I noticed that the employees were all doing work related to the restaurant. Making sure things were stocked up, lining up things, taking care of other things here and there. Nobody was on their phone, nobody was chatting or texting, everybody was being very professional. if they are putting this much effort into the restaurant, that means they are also going to be putting as much effort into me as a customer. It's wonderful to not be treated like I'm in the way of somebody's chat.It does notend there. I opted for the all you can eat and tried something called the funky monkey based on Jasmine's recommendation. It was amazing and something I've never had before. Unexplainable. I made a pretty good dent in the menu, but I hit my limit and had to call it a day. I had an absolutely wonderful time and will be back. This place is an absolute treasure and anybody who finds it will definitely leave with a smile on their face. Please don't hesitate to try them out. I wish I had come by a lot sooner. I'm happy that I came through when I did and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

I'm so sorry to even say this. But this was the worst sushi I ever had. Ordered takeout and the rolls are so unappetising we literally had to throw them away. We got spicy salmon and cucumber. The salmon rolls were rolled atrociously. And the cucumber literally tasted like soap. Didn't get any ginger or wasabi. Went to McDonald's and tossed most of the meal. Super super super disappointed considering how much $ that way

My last review of this place was disappointing since I reiterate this *was* my favorite sushi place...My wife decided to give it another shot and placed an online order in advanced and the order confirmed that it would be ready by 2:30. As I write this the time is now 3:05pm and we're *still* waiting for them to complete the order. The restaurant has one table and again, just like the last time we ate here the sushi chef is dragging his feet.I'm done with this restaurant.

So I haven't actually sat down here at hello sushi since before the pandemic. I got to saw I'm a bit disappointed again. First, we went for lunch and it was just me and my husband and another girl who seemed to be an employee off shift, but still bothering every staff member there. My husband got a few different roles & so did I. The roles were subpar. The only role that made me happiest was the cheapest role that was the scallop hand role, and I had to special order it because they only offered it with spicy scallops, not regular. The service was not the best either. As I mentioned, it was just me and my husband in there... but the waitresses spent 15 minutes chatting before someone came to take our order. Then they were constantly talking to the other girl there dining the rest of the time. I don't know it just didn't sit well with me. I took a few pictures of our rolls... which didn't look like the photos in the menu either so be aware of that. The ambiance there isn't necessarily the best either. It looks clean, but having a super old dingy fish tank in the front wasn't helping them or a broken soap dispenser in the bathroom either. I don't know if I'll be returning again.... This used to be my favorite sushi spot in and around Redlands... but no so much anymore.

Came here for a dinner night out with my cousins for a little get together and it was one of the best experiences ever. Staff was amazing! Shout out to Adri she is an amazing young girl and deserves everything she works for. Food was excellent and well cooked it had me thinking I was eating at the best restaurant in the world.
