Helados La Michoacana

I keep returning to this place only to be disappointed time and time again. The experience is always the same:Employee standing around on their phone slow to acknowledge you with their lack luster customer service, employees unaware of promotions or menu items listed online, guaranteed to be out of atleast one item you're trying to order and fruit recently started to have a strange chemical taste. Food is overpriced. I was charge $8 for a small portion of mushy watermelon that seemed to be cut the day before. Not fresh at allThis used to be a wonderful shop before it changed over. What a shame

Walked in today and ordered chicharrones mixtos and the bag was old and you couldn't even chew on the chaca chaca. Notified the girl at the counter and all she could do is apologize. Girl was really nice but they need to throw out the old bags and replace them w new ones.

I've tried many many raspado places and this is by far the best and cleanest place I've been too. It's big with a huge variety of yummy drink options. There were so many options from ice cream to raspados with fancy fruit decorations. Everything is so yummy. Must try this place. The only thing negative is the area. Pretty sketchy especially at night time when we went. I will be back anytime we go visit our family in Moreno valley

Not happy at all! Asked for tostilocos.. Got everything to go did not notice she gave me plain tortilla chips!.. I also got my 2 year old daughter a corn cup and the corn was a day or two old.. not good! The girl working was also rude and seemed bothered she had to get up and work!.. Not the type of person to sit and write a bad review.. But this girls attitude was un acceptable! She clearly made me feel un-welcomed..

Clean place sushi and ceviche stand out Customer service is on point Must try the michoacano roll

I always come here on Sunnymead, it's a great spot and always good service. The gals are so nice always! I recommend this place. Super clean and great customer service!

There customer is getting worse ..I used to like going there but not I don't even like going there anymore the customer service is horrible now .. yelp has get a free small agua fresca every time you visit and check in And the employees don't want to grant that.

I ordered Tres Marias. The ice cream flavors weren't bad but not exceptional. The waffle cone was somewhat stale. Despite leaving a generous tip, the service was poor. The server refused to provide a cup of water, claiming they didn't have cups, even though there were plenty visible on the shelf.

We waited more than 15 minutes there's was other people waiting too and they left if you're going to run a business to shit this is a great way to do it

Customer service is HORRIBLE! Girl that took our order had such a moody face. Didn't say a word to us when next in line, asked for a flavor of popsicle & she proceeded to open fridge and close right away as she stared blankly at us. Asked if they had anymore and just nodded her head left to right. No type of interaction until our total was told. Paid and she just left the bag on counter, no thank you or have a great day. Customer service isn't for everybody.
