Absolutely talented and creative artist. We had Ms. Lilly as a Face-Painter and Balloon Twister. Truly professional in the equipment she used to managing her time. Ms. Lilly was very patient and friendly dealing with all the children. Definitely booking with Happy Faces & Balloon Art for my next event.

Ms. Lily is the best balloon and face painting artist ever!!! Communication from beginning to end was smooth and effortless. She arrived early and took her time with our balloon arch so that it was perfect. We never felt rushed as everyone got the chance to enjoy her beautiful creations. She is amazing with kids! My kids are usually afraid of strangers but they felt so comfortable with Ms. Lily. She is friendly, professional, and takes great pride in her work. After she took the backdrop down, she taped the balloon arch to the wall so we can enjoy it for many more days. Thank you Ms. Lily!!!

I booked happy faces & balloon art for my husband's 40th party for kiddos to enjoy. We absolutely loved it, adults and children were both satisfied! Sarinah was extremely patient with the kids, kids were all over here and she maintained professional and kind. We had a lot of kids still in line wanting face painting and she was kind enough to stay an extra 1/2 hr. I would highly recommend and already thinking of booking for next party.

We had Ms. Lily for my daughters 4th birthday party and she was amazing! All the kids loved their balloons and face painting. Her work is amazing and so detailed! Thanks again Ms. Lily!

OMG!! Ms Lily and team were AMAZING!! Everything was perfect. The kids absolutely LOVED their face painting and even one little girl needed a trash bag to take all her balloon characters home. Everyone could not stop talking about it, adults and kids. We will definitely have you back.

So this is my first time leaving a review because of the very poor customer service I received from Lily. So I booked with Lily on 1/19 for my son's party on 2/17 for 2 hours of face paint and balloons. I sent my deposit and she confirmed the date and time. The time confirmed was 1:15 pm. On the day of the party I noticed she was not there by 1, but thought I would give her time. When I noticed she she was not there by 1:20 I tried texting and calling her. When she called me back she asked if I had sent my deposit which I replied that I did on 1/19. She told me I should have called her the day before to confirm because she forgot and she was not going to make it. - I did not understand how it was my job to confirm, when every other vendor confirmed with me plus I had so much going on and I sent an $80 deposit a month prior, and she told me it was in her calendar. She apologized and said she would try to get someone else to fill in for her. The new artist showed up and was ready by 2:30. By then there were so many kids that the line was crazy long. This was why I booked for 1:15, to avoid the kids having to wait in line so long. I wanted the activities to end by 4 - so this kind of threw everything off and made a hectic day even more hectic and stressful. Kids were still standing in line when singing happy birthday and doing the piñata. I do want to say that the artist was EXCELLENT!! She was patient and great with the kids and the pressure of the long line. However the customer service from Lily was unacceptable. She charge me full price even though her website states you get a discount for following on social media. And she has not responded to my texts since the day of the event.And not receiving a response from Lily is so wrong and horrible.

Hi Lily, I have been trying to get confirmation from you after receiving my Zelle of $100. Please call me. I shouldn't have to be calling multiple times after sending you all my info and deposit. I'm not liking this already.

The best place, 5yr old party yesterday Feb 3, it was hit of the party, face painting and Baloon art, everyone was satisfied. The face painting was exceptional as well as Baloon art. This was my first experience with this business, Lily was great with the children, and even some older kids participated, I was really happy, and the cost was competitive with other places I had considered around the Corona area. I absolutely will hire again.

I contacted Ms. Lily after seeing her yelp reviews. She was professional, on time , great with kids and mostly , so talented .Her designs in face painting as well as balloon art were beautiful and amazing. She was fast and she made every kid in my party happy .
