Happy Bowl Chinese Food

DISGUSTING!!! I came here for lunch since it was close by and saw that they have $3.99 lunch bowl special from 12-2pm so I thought why not give this place a try. I was feeling like having some chinese bbq pork (chasu) but the lady said no pork dishes with the lunch bowl. Really?! I tasted the orange chicken and it wasn't that good so I ended up getting the teriyaki chicken because it looked pretty good. The bowl comes with fried rice or steam rice, chicken, and 2 pieces of brocolli. For some odd reason I paid $4.69 for a $3.99 bowl. The calculations didn't make sense. If you want to use card the minimum purchase is $9.Now let's get to the food. The teriyaki sauce was just sitting in a cup so it was very gelatinous. I tasted it and it was absolutely disgusting. The fried rice had a funky smell and didn't taste good at all. How do you mess up fried rice?! I'm guessing it was at least a day old fried rice. The 2 pieces of brocolli smelled funky too and tasted disgusting as well. The chicken was dry and flavorless. I ended up barely eating the rice and spitting out the brocolli and just eating the dry chicken. I recommend to not eat here. The food is not good and doesn't seem fresh. Don't get fooled by the deals.

This place is terrible. Just terrible. The chow mein noodles are stale while the veggies melt on your tongue in the worst way possible. I'm not gonna say anything else. I wouldn't come again even if I was offered a lifetime supply of food here.

I was in the mood for boba and they have it advertised as buy one get one free on Tuesdays and Thursdays , so my husband headed down to tryut out for the first time. It was very disappointing. The boba itself is not fresh as you can see in the pictures. A fresh boba tastes jelly like and is smooth. This was hard and had crust on it . It even gave my drink a cloudy like residue. Do not go there for the boba.

To me, the food in here is the best chinese food I ever eaten before, and the servers in here are so friendly. Somtimes the food look like unwell but the taste is good
