When my wife first told me about handrolls, I didn't really get it. I just thought oh wow, another sushi spot but man did this place blow my mind. We got the 6 roll set and everything was just so good. That miso soup is amazing. My favorite rolls definitely were the eel & toro. So much flavor. The seaweed that they have here is amazingly crisp - i've never had anything like that before.Wishing much success to this place and can't wait to check out their sister store Zeppin for some AYCE

I've never been to a Handroll place before so this was my first time and now I'm afraid another spot won't top it. Eddie was the one that prepared our food & his service was amazing! We got the Zeppin set menu, which came with seaweed salad, miso soup & 6 different handrolls. The salmon, eel & snow crab are a definite favorite in my opinion. It's located inside the cravings food hall so after you eat, you could totally grab some dessert near by.Definitely will be back & I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves!

Handrolls, especially by Zeppin, are officially my favorite way to consume sushi. Let me tell you why...This is the first ever handroll bar in the Eastvale area and the secret...is in their nori (seaweed). Handroll master Eddie told me they use only super premium seaweed that gives their handrolls that extra CRONCH, so when you bite into it, with the fresh fish and perfectly prepared sushi rice...mmmph, TEXTURE FOR DAYS.And 6 handrolls at a super wallet-friendly price of $30?? Like c'mon, snow crab and lobster that you don't have to de-shell yourself, and presented to you in these cute handrolls? SOLD ;)And I love how they alternate between using warm sushi rice with cold fish and cold rice with warm seafood like the lobster...it's the little details, ya know? Thanks for reading! ^-^

Service was great and attentive! But the hand rolls do not compare to ROL :') They put too much rice in the hand rolls and the fish didn't melt in your mouth. I did like the toro though. Ambience was a chill vibe with a bunch of small restaurants in the same food hall. Honestly this is one of the better spots in the inland empire!

Handroll By Zeppin is the sister popup of Zepping Sushi located in the same plaza but unlike the other location, this one inside the Cravings Food Hall is specifically serving up some of the best hand rolls in the San Bernardino County; no more driving all the way out to LA or OC for the same quality hand rolls. It's only been open for about 3 weeks and I hope they open more locations, especially in the 626 area. When you walk into the food hall, you'll be greeted with the red neon Handroll By Zeppin sign as one of the islands in the middle of the food hall. There are plenty of seats surrounding their kitchen so you'll have a fantastic view of the workers and the surrounding food hall businesses. The servers behind the bar are friendly and will explain everything to you if you're not familiar with the concept or an item on the menu. They make sure you're eating at a comfortable pace and will guarantee you are not waiting too long for your next roll or menu item. Both my buddy and I ordered the Zeppin Set Menu, which included 6 Hand Rolls (Toro, Yellowtail, Salmon, Bay Scallop, Crab, and Lobster) but I opted to substitute Bay Scallop for Eel; one of my favorites that I tried tonight. In addition, the Set Menu will include a Seaweed Salad and Miso Soup, which isn't something you will find at a typical hand roll restaurant and everything at a reasonable price. The biggest plus that I loved about this place was the fact they had eel on their menu. I usually only see eel at a sushi restaurant but I have not once seen it at a hand roll restaurant, so I was quite happy to see it and try it. We also ordered their Yellowtail Carpaccio, Toro Carpaccio, and their Salmon Belly Carpaccio; all three were delightful and flavorful. If you're in the area heading to or back from Vegas, visiting some Indian casinos out in the area, or just curious to try out a new hand roll spot, I guarantee this place will not disappoint your tastebuds. Give it a try and you'll be impressed!*Bonus, if you attend on Tuesday nights around 6:30pm, there's a free trivia game that's hosted and you'll be competing for prizes with other patrons of the food hall. Pretty fun but you might not hear him depending on where you're eating if not here but you'll just be playing on your phone =)

Came on 'soft opening'The place in the center of Food court 'Craving' The hand roll is quite impressive to try! What make this hand roll feel special that seaweed paper ( nori) is crunchy and tasty. While getting serving by private chef. The chef would make another one after we finished the first one , to keep the nori crunchy. I got there with my friends and we tried the 6 set for 30$ that include toro, yellowtail, salmon, bay scallop, snow crap, and lobster.Overall, the top 3 of my favorites are 1. Lobster 2. Toro 3. Snow crabI think the price is quite affordable. The places is small but clean. They also have 34$ which is you can get extra cucumber salad and miso soup.I think they only have dine-in only. Since they want to keep the nori crunchy , and keep the quality. Maybe they would have' togo 'not online order.Would come back to try their 'Carpaccio 'Looks delicious ;)

For all my inland empire folks, you don't have to drive to LA or OC for hand rolls anymore! Hand Roll Bar by Zeppin just opened at the Cravings food hall in Eastvale and they're serving some of the freshest and cheapest hand rolls I've had I got the Zeppin set menu which comes with seaweed salad, miso soup, and 6 hand rolls for only $34! You'll get options like toro, yellowtail, salmon, scallop, crab, and lobster, but they also have substitute options too The fish is very fresh and pairs perfectly with their premium seaweed. They also have appetizers like salmon and toro carpaccio that's less than $10! Everything is prepared right in front of you and the chefs do a great job of bringing your next round of food out in a timely manner. I never felt rushed or waited too long for my food Definitely a hidden gem in the IE

All I can say is wow. The hand rolls were amazing. My favorite top two are the snow crab hand rolls and lobster hand roll. If you're new, order the handroll set and experience a little bit of everything. The chefs and service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Hopefully new restaurant will waken up the rest of the food court and brings in more customers

First time trying the hand roll bar. Ordered the six hand roll from the set menu. It came with salmon, Toro, yellowtail, bay scallop, crab, and lobster. Each roll was made one at a time fresh, to ensure the premium seaweed remains crispy. Everything was insanely good - the food, the service and the ambience. Allan and Mario took excellent care of us. Highly recommended!!!

If you've ever been to Kazunori and enjoyed it come here and you won't be disappointed. I am so glad this place opened up near my house because it's honestly really good. I give the food a 5 stars, however, they need to adjust their operating procedures a tad as they seemed a bit disorganized on the service. I can't blame them given that when I went they were open for about a week. The location is cool it's nestled between a bunch of restaurants so it gets pretty busy with many people around you. Toro 5/5Salmon 4/5Yellowtail 5/5Bay scallop 4/5Crab 5/5Lobster 4/5 a little too much mayo Eel 3/5 needed a longer char, seemed a little under cooked for my liking needed more crisp.
