A really cute small ramen spot. Ramen was absolutely delicious! So much flavor in the broth and the seasoned egg was really good. I highly recommend the spicy tonkotsu with chicken. I got the mild version which had a little kick but not anything you can't handle. Will definitely be going back to try the other broths.

Hanami means flower viewing in Japanese so I was expecting to see flowers but I found bonsai plants. In any case, this place is cozy and decorated elegantly. No complaints. I was a little surprised to see it has an air filtration device running to keep the air fresh. It's a very nice gesture I thought. Its service was better than many Japanese restaurants I have visited. Hazel is friendly and attentive.I liked the spicy ramen I ordered but it was only mild. I looked for the ramen seasoning I had at other ramen shops but none to be found. :-(

Doing shopping in the area and this caught our eye, for something quick and fortunately when we arrived around 4pm-ish it was empty except one other group. There were people coming in from DoorDash and Uber eats.Either way, been to a lot of ramen places and been pretty lenient on the reviews. Not saying 3 is a bad review just to us it was good. Just didn't stand out too much. The inside was nice and clean, not sure how long this place has been there but everything looked very well kept up. Menu was pretty simple.Spicy garlic edamame was good, the Takoyaki was really good. The chicken karage was good as well. The ramen bowl was pretty good as well and it did feel as though they gave more noodles than some other ramen places we've been to. Service was on par and prices were typical . No happy hour, so in case you are looking for an extra couple of bucks off appetizers during happy hour, time. There aren't any.All in all I wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area, just wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but all around the experience was enjoyable. Everything was consumed.

For my first visit I tried the Tokyo-style Tonkatsu ramen, which is a blend of the soy sauce broth and the pork based broth. It was completely satisfying. It was served piping hot, and had a moderate amount of spiciness. I chose the straight noodles for my soup, but you can order wavy noodles too. The egg was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor from being marinated. The pork was succulent and had just the right amount of fattiness. This place was empty when I arrived at lunch time on a Saturday. The sign is hard to see in the busy parking lot. I hope they get more business soon. The ramen was just as good as places in Los Angeles I go to. The interior is simple but tasteful. The music was a bit too teenage-girl for me but I can tell this place is set up for success. They just need more word of mouth.

Quick easy friendly service. This is a great place to stop by for your favorite ramen. They have a variety of flavors. I personally love the spicy tonkatsu ramen. And they have boba! 2 in 1 stop.

I wanted to try ramen in the Cali area and this had the best reviews so we tried this place. Service was great. Food was meh but better than the disappointments I've had so far for my trip. The fried calamari was very crispy and the squid meat inside was nice and juicy and soft. It paired very well with the spicy mayo sauce.I got the spicy tonkotsu extra spicy, hence the three scoops of chili paste in my bowl. The broth was good but not enough flavor. The pork was nice and tender and fatty. I like that they add fresh bean sprouts and not ones that have been blanched. The egg however was not to my taste. I'm used to salty or yolky eggs, but the egg yolk was very sweet, like I was eating a candied egg. The Sakura milk tea tasted like milk with the red sala cider syrup used for shaved ice. Not my favorite. The boba was chewy, but tasted like it wasn't left to soak long enough.Nice shop for locals, but not for me.

Saw this new restaurant open up next to hobby lobby and decided to give it a try one night after work. Inside is pretty small and can become crowded easily. I was lucky enough to get a table right away but 5 minutes later a group of 4 came in and had to stand there until a table was free. A few others left because they did not want to wait for an open table. I felt the service was a bit slow. It could have just been the night I went. It took a while to get our order take. And our server messed up our table location with another table. When we were finished with our meal, it took a while to get our receipt to pay.Other than that the food was great. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen, spicy miso ramen and gyoza. I ordered my ramen with extra noodles and extra seasoned egg. You can choose what type of noodles you want to go with your ramen such as white thin noodles, yellow wavy noodles or spinach noodles. I chose the yellow wavy noodles to go with my ramen. You can also choose what meat you want to go with your ramen as well such as pork, chicken or tofu. The ramen was delicious and the broth was yummy and rich in flavor. I also had a good amount of meat with mine which is always a plus. The seasoned eggs could have been a little better but they weee still good. The spicy miso ramen was delicious, the broth flavor was good. The gyoza was pan fried and packed some flavors to them.

It took me a while to get used to the basic tonkatsu broth, mostly because of the garlic flavor I was not anticipating. I had ordered the #1 Tonkatsu Ramen. This is a creamy, long-time simmered pork broth. Toppings included a couple of very delicious, thick slices of pork that featured a ribbon of fat. The meat melted in your mouth. There was a whole, marinated soft boiled egg, bean sprouts green onion, and seaweed. Very basic, and mostly delicious, if only not so garlicky. But then, I admit to not being a ramen connoiseur. The things I loved were the pork and the soft-boiled egg. The egg, having been marinated and gently cooked, gave it its soft brown color, non-rubbery white, and unique taste that had an ever-so-slight sweetness. Lovely. The gyoza (6 pcs) were pan fried (you have a choice of that or deep fried) and had an excellent filling. By pan frying, a crispy little skirt develops that looks like lace and is fun to munch on. I would definitely bring my young gyoza-gobbling grandson here for this treat. While there are many ramen places cropping up in our area, some with fancier environs and menus that are more varied than here, I am impressed with the high quality of the food and reasonable prices they offer here.I will be happy to return and bring the extended family for a delicious treat.

The flavors of this ramen were kickin, it was a nice light tonkotsu miso broth. I love spice, so the spicy chili paste caught my eye on the top of the topping list. I love ajitama eggs, so I had to get another one just in case. The meat was tender and soft, and i love thin noodles with my ramen. I like to slurp my noodles whole so, it was delicious and easy to eat. Service was quick and the server was friendly, attentive. Slow start for a monday afternoon but I am sure they pick up. Their menu is easy to order from and straight forward. Surprised that Norco has a nice ramen shop to go by.

Very tasty and delicious ramen! Nice. fellow helping us was either the owner or manager. I asked him if he is a franchisee, he said "not yet." Good luck sir! I hope the order by me and Mrs. Yelper puts you over the top. Modest storefront, clean inside, small but well organized. Delicious soup! That's what it is, no? No offense. I just think any food in a puddle of broth is soup. If the puddle is really thick it is stew. Write that down, whoever is keeping track of such things.
