Both a restaurant and market. Mostly outdoor covered seating with a few seats inside. Two TVs outside at the bar area. Plenty of unpaved parking in a lot next door and some paved parking right up against the building. Biker hangout spot. Dog and kid friendly, though. Casual atmosphere. Order at the register and they bring your food to you if you're eating at the restaurant. They often have fresh BBQ, so you could get lucky with a yummy daily special. A few beers on draft and a ton of bottles and cans in the market coolers. Many offerings, but I think best known for the BBQ, pizza, sandwiches, and salads. I tried a tri tip sandwich, which came with a side of either mac salad or potato salad. Baked beans were $1.50 extra. Also came with some apple slices and a little cookie. Thoroughly enjoyed my choice! We also got a pizza which they allowed us to split half and half for two different types.

An absolute treat for self, family, friends!Tucked away up on Ortega Hwy, it is closer than you may think. Worth the drive!!!Plenty of parking, dog friendly, outdoor seating. One cute corner spot inside store with two chairs, right next to fire place. Handcrafted gifts, local honey, jerky galore! camping stuff limited but what they do carry is practical and affordable. One of my favorite places to bring friends and family from out of town as well as local peeps who have no idea this place is practically in their backyard. Treat yourself and family to a beautiful drive and delicious meal surrounded gorgeous scenery. Super friendly staff, make you feel like family

I am all about supporting local small businesses and I had to try this place since I saw a post on the Facebook.A very cozy place & welcoming. Tried their tri tip sandwich which was a pleasant surprise! I didn't expect much but it tasted pretty good. They offer honey tasting, which helps you a lot to decide which flavor to buy.I'd love to give a whole five star but...(1) there is a card swipe fee I didn't know about(2) their Coke Diet expired back in Jul 2022.. I didn't return nor complain about it... Guess they don't sell it a lot? (3)no indoor bathroom.. but their portable john was cleanI will try their jerky selection next time once I finish all my honey.

Ordered a tri tip sandwich. It came with tiny slice of apple and half a gram cracker. Sandwich was small. For the price I was expecting a lot more. It's definitely not worth it. Plus no BBQ sauce. Just plain. Great place for overpriced kids meals. The cashier/Cook was very rude.

Discovered Hafey Farms Mountain Market by accident because the place we meant to go to for lunch across the road was closed. Fortunately for us, we saw their sign that they were serving BBQ this weekend and took the chance to try something new. Boy, are we glad we did! This family owned business definitely raised the bar in terms of service and food. Their BBQ platter was a generous combo of mouthwatering tri-tip and pork loin with a choice of Mac or potato salad complimented by a nice heaping bowl of baked beans. As a nice touch, they added a slice of watermelon and orange and a biscuit. Aside from the food, the Hafey's took the time to come over to our table to say hello and ask about our meal. We appreciate the extra mile they went to make us feel welcome even when they had a full patio. Our server was also very gracious and charming. Will definitely come back during the holidays for a nice drive to a wonderful and charming family-owned business.

Quaint market. Lots of exotic beef jerk, local honey, and various souvenirs. Tried their tri-tip sandwich with baked beans. It was really good. Tasty bread with a lot of tri-tip. Really enjoyed my lunch. Employees were nice. Parking was easy. Highly recommended.

Rode by this place numerous times and finally decided to stop by during the week. I can't believe I missed this spot for so long. Great food, snacks...etc, and open all the time. When riding it's nice to be able to stop to grab a snack or hydrate and this spot is perfectly placed...and it's awesome to boot.
