Hacienda Hall

This was an awful experience. You book your hall a year out for your child's quince all for it to end in chaos. Aside from Miriam, the stuff here is terrible. There was a for June 29th on the day of my event and no one notified me or anyone in my family. I literally had to get up and ask the fire fighters what was going on because we were cooking inside the hall. Not at one point did the event coordinator, Daisy keep us in the loop. The waiter stole our cake. The manager has no ability to make executive decisions and the day of the event, the owners were unreachable. I paid over $12k and they refuse to reimburse me for the fiasco. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACEAs you see Daisy's reply below, she was the event coordinator that day who failed to communicate with us. The chairs were not the only service not provided and Gaby the manager said they'd be moved, but you, the coordinator did not do so. Yes, you offered us the difference but $2,700 is nothing in comparison to what we paid and the incident that occurred. I understand what the contract says but where in the contract does it allow you to endanger the lives of others for failure of communication? You endangered our lives by not communicating. The AC in the hall we were moved to, did not work at first. The company provided us with an extra 45 mins due to the delay but again, Gaby told us we would have 3 extra hours. The only one who is causing a flaw in the company would be yourself. Poor customer service causes poor reviews

Hacienda hall made my wedding dreams come to reality.management was always on top of answering all my questions specially with new covid guidelines. All my guest loved the over all aesthetics and attention to detail of the wood accent and chandeliers complimenting my rustic theme. Bar area was a hit. Restrooms are clean. And the patio has the cutest lights all around at night that gave the perfect rustic touch I was looking for. The security guard was super nice and on top of all safety procedures. waiters that I had added to my package were on top of serving all guest and keeping things running smoothly. I am so happy I found hacienda hall for my wedding! I was highly pleased

The day of my nieces 15nera suppose to be the most special day of her life and her mother ends up in the emergency room the same day and requires emergency surgery. Called to see if we can postpone and they didn't want to work with us. Everything was paid for they said she would lose the $. I hope the owners of this place NEVER have to go through something like this. My niece's mom will not be there with her daughter sharing this special moment, it breaks my heart. But Karma takes care of the rest. And the hall has a rotten egg mildew smell to it.

Was recently here on 2 separate occasions and I must say I was impressed with this location. Nice wood floors don't compare to carpet that other locations have. Same can be said about the Central AC they have running. Other locations run fans instead to save on the electric bill. Weak.....The best part was the Alcohol. Since they don't sell any, its BYOB. So we all know we can save a buck or two bringing our own supply. The Manager, can't remember her name but I think it's Gaby or Gabby, was very professional and had great customer service. Ask for her when you decide to have any event at this location.

So we booked with Hacienda Hall we used Reinas on September 21, 2019 they did an amazing job. They let me bring everything in the Morning to set up even gave me extra tables for our desert table any questions I had where answered and everything I wanted to add they worked with us. All the staff members where very helpful from start to finish. My guest were all happy and the servers where great made sure all my guest Had drinks. I would book with them again everyone kept saying how nice and open it was thanks you guys for a wonderful job.

Had my wedding in the hacienda hall on 4/21/18 it was beautiful! Gabby and Jasmine were awesome from beginning to end! I got the package which included decorations, food, security, waiters etc. The food was delicious, bartenders were good, decorations were beautiful, only think I had any issues with was working with the vendors as most of them only speak Spanish I had to have my fiancé talk to them and he's not a good translator but Gaby helped as much as possible! I'd definitely refer friends and family! This was the only venue in the area that gave me the flexibility to make my vision come to life!

I attended my best friends wedding at Hacienda Hall recently. Let me start by saying WOW! I had seen the hall online but in person it looks so much bigger. It has high ceilings and about 9 chandeliers. The hall is so private that it even has its own gated parking lot.  As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by a guard. The hall has an attached patio area with a big fountain in the middle of it. You can take a break outside and enjoy the outside lighting and fountain. It also comes with a game room which is perfect if you have kids like me (Bring lots of quarters). The women's restroom had three stalls and a changing room. Out of all the halls I've partied at these were the nicest restrooms I've seen (ugh they had such nice mirrors).But most importantly my best friend had an amazing time. They helped her coordinate her event from A-Z (except the drinks and alcohol). If I ever get married again I'm definitely coming here. As a guest/ bridesmaid that attended to an event here I highly recommend it.

I have had two events at this location six years apart. Both of them were quinceañeras and even though the price changed from one quinceañera to another the place and the staff were amazing.

Amazing!!! Is the only way I can describe our experience with Hacienda Hall!!I was able to help my brother and now sister-in-law as "wedding planner" for their wedding 10/19/19. From beginning to end, we had the best help from Gabby and all the staff at Hacienda Hall. Any question or concern we had was always listened to and accommodated. They were nothing but professional and really took the time to understand the couple's vision for their big day. We really liked that guests were able to mingle in different locations, including the dining area/ dance floor/ bar area/ patio area. The pricing was very reasonable and we were able to make adjustments to have just what we needed. I would highly recommend Hacienda Hall to anyone looking for a reasonably priced AND beautiful venue!
