We came here as an alternative to the Panera a few doors down.. a burger is really just a sandwich anyway so why not?You can order from a person or the kiosk where you order and pay on your own. Kinda nice alternative. The burgers are pretty good but. They messed up one of our orders... got a burger with no lettuce, ketchup, mayo.. nothing but grilled onions... weird.. French fries are nice and crispy but need salt.

Great location with easy parking. Restaurant was clean, staff greeted us when we walked through the door. One thing that was off to me was normally The Habit burger patty's are on the thicker side, this is my favorite thing about their burgers because other burger joints like In-n-Out have paper thin patty's. This seemed very off. So if management sees this note, it was noticeable.

Was in there on 1125 Monday afternoon at 1:28 PM order to Santa Fe burger I told them no black pepper. She brings me out a plain burger saying they couldn't put the avocado on it because there was pepper in it and I said well, you're charging me for the Santa Fe and giving me a plain burger That's not acceptable. I asked to speak to a manager. She said there was none there at 1:28 PM ask for a refund she said it would take four days to go back on my card. I've had this experience before and the refund never goes back. Try to leave a rating and a comment on there, customer service area and was unable to do so. Never going back.

Came here last Sunday evening for a charburger since I didn't have time to eat a real meal. There were lots of large pickups/online orders, so it took a while to order. I was hoping for a quick dinner so I wouldn't miss my movie. It ended up taking a while so I missed the first part of my movie. Next time, I'll figure it won't be that fast.

This place usually does really well. The manager on the weekdays is great.As of recently they switched to Pepsi. Also, we got one meal and two kids meals and when we asked for bbq sauce they charge 65 cents for any sauce now which I think is excessive. Nothing crazy but enough for me to consider going to eat somewhere else.
