Went in for a soft serve ice cream, waited for quite some time at the register while an employee continued on with her business, not acknowledging us. We attempted to order from the touch screen, but soft serve was not on there. We continued to wait but the employee would not help us. She glances at us several times but left us hanging for a long time. We eventually left. I have never had this experience at The Habit before. I am disappointed. The young girl was not helpful, and what she did was just bad. Not even bad customer service because got go NO service.

Tried the Charburger with cheese with fry and large tea. Charbuger was free from the app for my birthday week. Decided to use it before it expired. The service was great quick and hassle free. And it wasn't as crowded as I had thought it would be for a lunch time. Great service and great food.

The worst habit available. Do not waste your time. The employees are super lazy always closing early and management does care at all. You guys close at 10 so work till 10 or find a new job!!!! 10/23/24 at 0930 was my visit.

Best spot in The Plaza for a freshly made burger. My fave is the bacon bbq with cheese. Customer service is helpful and the place is always clean and in the center of the shops. Always worthy!

Hello, after reading a couple of pages of reviews and my visit to Habit, I would say they should consider bringing your food to the table, even Carl Jr does that! Especially considering the price. I noticed they have a " self order system" thats ok, I guess.. But are they trying to limit the human employee factor?? I have 3 thing's to say:1- dont ask for a tip before you get served.2- make the burger something special.3- provide something sanitary for your guests to eat on besides a porley wiped table.** The Habit team reached out to me the very next day! That is amazing and shows there willing to listen to my comments. I will try another location soon, and compare my suggestions. * changed to 4 stars *for now

Mayra the manager at this location is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to take care of me as a customer and always makes sure I get what I need. I value her excellent customer service tremendously as she is the reason I've continued to come to this location. This morning, the person at the front register told me that breakfast ended at 10:30am and that I couldn't get it, but when Mayra saw my disappointment she asked the cooks in the back if they had breakfast still and they did and I'm now a happy customer today because of it. Please train all your staff to seek customer satisfaction and have the same high level of customer service that Mayra has. In addition, I'd like to reference Jeff Bezos's success as Amazon's founder, who places emphasis on satisfying the customer. Thank you again Mayra! 5 stars goes to the habit because of you!
