Mom has been wanting to try this joint.So we stopped through today.Unfortunately the service and the food are meh...I wasn't expecting much but they could do way better.We got a carne asada burrito which is 11 bucks it's pretty big but not that good.Pastrami Sammy combo the sandwich was edible but not that good either. 15.99Side salads are gross and their ranch dressing is absolutely disgusting!Fish combo was ok but fries are just frozen nasty fries. 15.99Giving them a 2 because the onion rings & fried zucchinis were alright,my mom said the fish was decent too.Definitely nothing to write home about.I don't recommend coming here.

I haven't ate here in person but have picked up food in the drive thru several times. I'd recommend trying the french toast breakfast but the scrambled eggs need flavor and the breakfast burritos were pretty good. The salsa I asked for was delicious with the burrito.

Came in at 8: 45 and they said we're closed and then they're serving someone else food . On their website shows they close at 10:00 p.m. and it's a Friday night . No wonder the reviews are low here they're not open to serve people if I could give you zero stars I would

Service is so terrible I was really excited to eat at this because it was one of my favorite restaurants. I didn't know dinning room closed at 4pm and it's only drive thru on top of that the lady taking orders has no patience never going back

Went thru the drive thru and the lady was pretty rude i had ordered some chili cheese fries and they really weren't that good

At the Redlands location I had a very off-putting interaction with the staff. I order 2 pastrami burgers and they both came with onions pickles and thousand island which are 3 things my finance and I do not eat. When I asked for a refund or a remake because the food was untouched, they said no. According to them, this is what the burger comes with and I should have asked for them to take it out. No where on the menu does it list the ingredients and we were under the impression it was a meat only burger. Above all, the patty was the thinnest I've ever seen and there was very little pastrami to begin with. For me to pay $16.00 per meal and for them to be unwilling to fix a simple issue was very disingenuous. Don't waste your time at that location. On the other hand, this location has generous portions, great customer service and the prices are lower. You can tell the significant difference in the pictures.

I'm not from the area me and my kids were coming from the arcade we were hungry we ordered 60 dollars worth of food I gave them a 100 and they said we have no change there was 4 cars in front of me and there going to tell me they don't have 41 dollars in charge to give me back this place is wack

What a waste of $15. I got the fried chicken dinner and it tasted horrible. I have been coming here for years and this meal was disgusting, even the bread that it comes with tasted weird. I'm not even a picky person but this food tasted nasty it definitely had a weird taste that was incomparable. I don't know if it was fried in the wrong oil i don't know but I'm very upset. Don't waste your money here.

I love this place and have for years. Quality of the food has always been awesome and the staff recognize me when I go, not much else he can ask for. 10 out of 10 totally recommend.

Food here is disgusting I came here to avoid cafeteria food at the hospital but it's over priced for food I wouldn't feed my dogs
