So easy to do and just choose what you want on it. To was very good and girls all very friendly. I really recommend this place.

It's my first time here so for now I'm giving it 4 stars and if my next visit turns out the same way I will update it to 5.It's been a while since I've been to a Mongolian bbq place. I decided to try this location and I'm happy to report it was not a disappointment. It's 8.95 a pound, so it's up to you on what you want to load your plate with. I might of added a bit too much veggies for flavor. The meat even though it's frozen it looks fresh, meaning unlike other places where you can tell it's grey from being frozen too long. The veggies are fresh and crunchy.The sauce combinations you make yourself are excellent. I chose the normal sauce, and loved it. Great flavor, I will maybe add more soy and oil next time.I was hungry so I went over board with my plate. Mine came to 2.5 lbs lol so that was 24 dollars. The amount of food was a lot though so I made two meals out of it.I will definitely return and I'm so excited to have this place near my home.

Very clean restaurant in a relatively new shopping center. The service was good, the food was fresh and I like that they have gloves for you to use when you serve yourself. I believe the cost is around 9.95 a pound. Not cheap but not terrible either.

This review is strictly for their website online order. I like the ease of being able to order online and picking it up. Each time I've done this the food has been made on time and they've included everything I've asked for.Establishment continues to be clean each time I've picked up my orders.

We love it here, especially my Nana. She thought she can fill it up as much as possible, but they weigh it so be careful.

Giving it 3 stars because the food is good. However, this is the 2nd time I have gotten shrimp in my bowl although I did not choose it because I am ALLERGIC. The 1st time I brought it back, the cashier had attitude and said it mightve gotten mixed with another plate they were making and was telling me to just take the shrimp out. I said I understand that, but I am ALLERGIC and cannot eat shrimp. It took about 10 minutes of going back and forth for them to remake my plate. This time I was not able to return it since they were already closed by the time I got home and realized that there was alpt of shrimp added.Please be more careful when making people's order.And anyone with allergies, please check your plate before consuming.

The food is awesome. This is the second time we have been here, but the service is...questionable.We have a large family of 5 people, including a toddler. We paid for 4 meals (weighing over 1 lb) and we just wanted water because of our kids.It was pulling teeth trying to get water cups and the cashier gave us a REALLY hard time for giving water cups. They gave us 2 cups initially and when we asked for 3 more, they told us they were "running out" and hesitated to give us more. We had to argue to ask for more cups.Um, if you're in the food industry and you're "running out of cups" when your customers paid over $60 for food, you might want to come up with a better excuse to not give your customers something as simple as water or have a sign to bring your own water (eyeroll).Do better, Griddle Mongolian Grill.

Love the "serve yourself" concept, very clean, and the workers are very friendly and helpful.
