Green Onion

Green onion is like the OG Mexican restaurant in Moreno Valley.I've been coming here over the last 30 years and it never disappoints and the prices are still good for a sit down restaurant.The service though is my favorite, always a hello and welcome coming in and the servers do not waste any time to move slow they are always hustling for every customer.Usually fairly quiet unless there is a big party , so the ambiance is good.

I'm vegan and was told they didn't have anything vegan so I only ordered a $8 bowl of guac and chips, that weren't that great. I can't speak for the rest of their menu, but hopefully vegan options are in their future.

the service is amazing with the sweetest people, Monica is the best! I am so glad I came, food is great too!

Love this place, you could never go wrong with one of their famous margaritas and fajitas

Today was the perfect day I have not had such a lovely day and I had at the green onion there is a young lady that works in the bar area her name is Vanessa and she made me the most incredible salad and the margarita was divine I kind of want to go back tomorrow so I wanted to thank Vanessa for her kindness. What shocked me the most was that she made that salad personally for me.

We met a relative here on our way from Arizona to Orange County. It's a great location close to the freeway. It's a big restaurant and there's plenty of parking! They told us it would be a 20 minute wait on Friday night at 6 PM, but it was only a five minute wait.Our server was Suzy and she was a sweetheart. Between the four of us, we ordered a chimichanga, two tostadas in the big clam shells and one quesadilla! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The food came out within 10 minutes after ordering and was nice and hot. The prices are quite reasonable. We will definitely return if we are in this area again.

Stopped for a quick lunch in one of my favorite spots to eat in Moreno Valley. The food was amazing as always and ambiance was friendly and relaxed. My server and bartender, the one and only Vanessa, was wonderful to have as she displayed impeccable hospitality! My margaritas were right on point and she was incredibly attentive to my needs during my visit. Can't wait til next time!

Came in got seated quick. We ordered the 2 chicken 2 shredded beef burrito's taco style wet with green sauce with a side of sour cream and guacamole.

Jose the bartender, took forever to come back so we can order food after he made our drinks. He had us waiting for at least 25 mins. We love this place. For sure won't be sitting at the bar again.
