Great Khan's Mongolian Grill Inland

Very first time trying Mongolian BBQ and it was delicious! Tried this place for the first time and it didn't disappoint!! Slightly pricey but sooo worth every penny!! We got to build your own bowls...I got chicken, my husband got the beef and we chose the veggies we each wanted. You get to select your own sauces and fixings and it was so yummy! We should have piled on the meats way more but didn't because the bowl was nearly full, but by the time it food was cooked, it cooked down..so now we know for next time...load up that bowl!!! Located at the food court in the mall so it gets busy but totally worth the wait! The entire food court smelled primarily of this place!

I hadn't been to this place in a very long time, I picked up 3 regular plates to go for dinner, the gentleman that charged me also put in the sauces and I must say it was very tasteless, even my 10 year old didn't want to eat it, and the beef had so much fat in it. We were very disappointed on how tasteless it is, they should know how much sauces and oils to put in to make it with flavor.

Sucks. This place use to be good now the food is bland and cost is crazy I got two plates for 40 dollars. Beef had nothing but fat on it. And the cooks don't even know what they're doing. My broccoli and carrots were hard and barely cooked disgusting. Don't bother coming here.

This place used to be good. Now the guys are rude and you get less food. I miss some of the toppings. It's all very basic.

Rude ass fucking men. The service sucks so bad. They don't take cash, which is insanely stupid!! Cards okay but no cash? WEIRD. Just all men staring you down like mean as fuck. Not approachable, and its dirty af too, so kind of grateful that they take no cash. The food looked so bland never coming here , don't come here!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST place to go to. all employees are rude and especially the asian guy is the worst and the food is overall not what it used to be, not worth it I definitely recommend going to Griddle in Rialto instead staff is better, food is better and much cheaper than this place.

This is the worst experience ever eating here. Im so close to going to the ER because they gave me food poisoning. Found pieces of the wood from the stick they use in my food, ive been bed rested since last night. Highly don't recommend. If you're looking for a m Mongolian grill go to Big Wok in Rancho ‼

Found plastic in my food. Multiple pieces. Usually decent but lately not has gotten worse and now this.

So tell me why you guys would hand me a plate that just came off the grill that's scorching hot and burned my hand. My hand is all red. I asked the server/cook for my tray back. And he hands me some random ass carton tray that's made for like chips. Am I suppose to let the food sit on it sideways or something? I even told him why can't I get the tray this fucking plate is hot as fuck. He just walked away. This place has gone down since it sold. Im hoping my hand don't get worse. I'd give zero stars or super negative.

Food is 4/10 it's extremely salty and overall just didn't taste good at all. I was really hungry too! Customer service was 1/10 zero ambiance !
