Grand Burger

Fantastic staff and service. Many have been there for years. We've been going since it opened at this location and it's spotless every time and whether eating there or take away it's spot on every time.

The food is good here but they always seem to have staff that don't like their jobs. Attitude and they look miserable. The kid working 2/23 at 6:44 pm working drive through you need training for customer service.

Our office usually really likes the food here, but today was a complete disaster. The chili burger only had a tiny amount of chili on it for $8.99 that's not good, tuna melt was on the wrong bread really greasy and barely toasted, fries were mushy and half fried, chicken pita was really salty and overcooked. We spent $65 on lunch and are were disappointed.

Wow these zucchini taste like they were dipped in soap. Disgusting. This is the second time in about 6 months my order has been unfulfilling. They used to have the best zucchini around too!

Usually I order the chili cheese fries they are always delicious but today I ordered carne asada fries. The meat was on the extra well done side but everything else was good. Always a Clean dining area and if you dine in unlimited refilled on soft drinks. The staff is always super friendly!

The food here is generally pretty good. However, do NOT order the steak sandwich! I've tried it twice and both times it was terrible. They asked, "How do you want it cooked?" That is a joke. The steak was very thin and full of fat and gristle. Impossible to cook medium rare. Even if the meat was good, still not worth $14.99 in my opinion. I was surprised to get a discount for paying cash. That never happened before so I don't know if it's permanent.

The food is okay, thats pretty much the only redeeming thing. I've been twice now and both times I asked for a burger with no onions. BOTH times they gave me little chopped up onions that are difficult to spot and take off. On top of that the employees attitude are rude. I am very polite saying my order but after every word I say, she goes: "IS THAT IT?" Like damn can i finish my sentence? Lol they sound like they hate their job or something. With how incredibly long that drive thru line takes (20 min with 3 cars in front of me) who are you to be so rude like im wasting your time? On top of it all, theyre overpriced. I gave it a second try but it was the same both times.

Food is good but not worth the price, I got a burger combo and it came out to $22, kinda wild. Also the young curly haired boy taking my order was pretty rude, when I got to the window he seemed like he was in a horrible mood, took my card and slammed the window shut, gave me my food and slammed the window shut again before I could ask for condiments. Very rude

I had the pastrami. It was delicious, I enjoyed it very much!!! Not too greasy just full of flavor in every bite!!!!Originally I was planning on ordering a double burger, but shifted to the pastrami once I saw it on the menu, I was happy I changed, but I'll try the burger next time....Wayne

Grand Burger is probably one of the most underrated burgers spots you will find. Everything is freshly made to order. Their salads are also really great. I would recommend the single or double grand burger with cheese. The Cobb salad with ranch dressing is also amazing.
