Wow!!! Went on Valentine's Day. I know there are some petty people that are slamming this place with low ratings because of an issue with the Open Table app. Why punish a small business because you have an issue with being understanding of an issue with an app on the busiest dining day of the year?Ok... With that being said, let me talk about the actual experience. What an amazingly delicious experience!!! Every single course was mind blowing. The taste and presentation was top notch. The service was exceptional. The staff all checked on us and didn't hesitate to ensure our every need was met. Bravo to Chef Miguel and his team! I was so pleased with the food and experience.

This restaurant has absolutely no control over its reservations. We booked a 7:30 PM Valentine's Day reservation, arrived on time, and were immediately told that reservations were completely backed up. At first, we were given a 1-hour wait, but after waiting that long, they admitted they had no idea how much longer it would be.This is completely unacceptable--if you're going to overbook, don't offer reservations. We weren't the only ones; multiple other reservation holders were also stuck waiting outside or in their cars, with no clear timeline. The biggest issue seems to be poor management. The restaurant should have a set time limit per table (e.g., 1-2 hours max), especially in a small space. Instead, they let diners stay as long as they want, leaving everyone else stranded. If the restaurant can't handle its capacity, it needs better policies or fewer bookings. This experience was frustrating and entirely avoidable. After 2 hours of waiting we were told that they still don't have an ETA and there's 7 parties ahead of us. This is terrible service!! Now we have to go to Olive Garden. Great! What a waste of time. We will never come back.

If there were more stars i would give it a million! This is by far the best and most delicious food I have had around the world. The chef is absolutely amazing and the staff is so friendly. The inside the restaurant we felt we were at a fine dining restaurant and loved the open kitchen concept as we got to see our food being made. We savored every bite and crumb, that's how good it is! I have tried the brunch with friends and everyone loved it. I also just had Valentine's Day dinner and my husband was delighted! This will definitely be our go to for any occasion.

This restaurant overbooks reservations. We made a reservation at 7pm and arrived at 6:45pm and were told to wait at least an hour. What's the point of making reservations? She said we can wait in our car and she will call once our table is ready. After an hour, we went to check and she said our table is not ready yet. We decided to wait at my friend's house a few blocks away. Guess what? No phone call all night. She even read back my phone number when I checked in. I don't care how good their food is, if they can't get the basic principles of running a business, I don't we will go again.

Like so many others, I had a reservation at 7:45 on Valentines Day and after arriving 10 minutes early I was told it would be at least a 2 hour wait. This was my first Valentines Day with my date and we ended up going to In-N-Out. I put all my eggs in the Gozo basket and they got cracked. This is all to simply say that this restaurant needs to learn to manage their tables better going forward on busy days. There is nothing wrong with politely asking a table to take the party elsewhere once their dining experience has concluded. That being said, I will be returning to Gozo to actually experience a meal there since the food did look delicious. I will update my review after that experience, which hopefully a reservation will be useful for.

Terrible. Would have loved to try. How do you take a reservation and when you show up for said reservation, it's an hour wait? Too many great food places in the Chino Valley to put up with that nonsense. We are locals and would have loved to become regulars. Oh well.

I was excited to try this restaurant we found on Yelp. As we talked in at lunch time on a Sunday, the place is empty except for two ladies, it's nicely decorated with grapevines, brick and twinkling lights. We ordered cafe de olla,No, it was Not. We ordered steak and eggs with potatoes. The steak was well seasoned, potatoes were raw and hard to chew. Husband had the green chilaquiles ,could not eat them. Also ordered pancakes, are they supposed to be White? They tasted like McDonald's pancakes. Except for the eggs, food tastes micro-waved . Come on Gozo, You Can DO Better!

We came here with a reservation at 6:00pm for Valentine's Day and of course expected to wait a little bit but not an hour and 40 minutes! Was able to sit at the "bar" until seated and enjoyed some beers and live music. Finally, we sat down but did not get any service for another 20 minutes and with no apology for the extremely long wait, we had to ask for the complementary champagne. Starter was served, we ordered the spicy prawns and beef crostinis which were just ok. The crostinis were not toasted and the best part of the starter was the pineapple slaw that came with the prawns. For appetizers we had the arugula fig salad and the potatoe leek soup, the salad was underwhelming but the potatoe leek soup was delicious. For the main course we ordered the herb airline chicken and the beef Wellington which were delightful but the dough on the beef Wellington was raw. Chef came by the table to check on us after dinner and we let him know about the raw dough on the beef Wellington, he appreciated the feedback and ended up comping a couple beers I had already drank. We ended up driving thru weinersnitzel after to get a perfectly cooked beef Wellington (aka a corn dog) less than a 100' away from the restaurant. FYI...There's signs in the bathrooms that say do not flush even toilet paper (they must be flushing the raw Wellington dough down the toilet).
