Hit or miss... when the food is fresh it's not too bad for a quick-service Chinese food spot. But it's 50-50 whether or not the food will be fresh when you order. Better places in the area.

We did a door dash and looking at all the reviews we thought the food we be very good. We ordered three main dishes as well as noodles and rice. The food was just mediocre and lacked quality and taste. We might try again as we might have hit a bad day at the restaurant.

It's like most fast food. They are very efficient the food is ok. Would I recommend the place to a friend, no. I wouldn't say it's bad or good. It's just a place kind of convenient for me at the time.

The lady at the counter was so exceptionally sweet and gave very generous portions. This spot is one of the best tasting Chinese take out spots.

I recently had an unfortunate dining experience at Golden Chopstix, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon ordering, it was clear that the food did not look fresh, but we decided to give it a try anyway. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chow mein, fried rice, black pepper chicken, spicy orange chicken, and cream cheese rangoons and egg rolls as sides.The disappointment began when we bit into the cream cheese rangoons and immediately had to spit them out. The cheese was clearly rotten, and the taste resembled expired milk. It was quite unpleasant. We waited for a family to finish ordering before discreetly informing the lady who served us about the issue. Unfortunately, instead of understanding, she seemed offended and responded with attitude.We respectfully suggested that she try one to understand the problem, but she insisted that previous customers never complained and she herself ate them daily without issue. Moreover, when we asked for the receipt for tax purposes, she retorted, "you could've asked for the receipt before," displaying more rudeness.Beyond the issue with the rangoons, we also noticed the chicken was not fresh, and the vegetables appeared wilted and discolored. This, combined with the lady's demeanor, made our dining experience unpleasant and downright disgusting.I regret to say that I cannot recommend Golden Chopstix based on this experience. Freshness and customer service are essential aspects of a restaurant, and both were severely lacking during our visit. I hope the management addresses these concerns and improves the overall quality of the food and service. Until then, I would advise looking for other options in the area. If I could, I would rate Golden Chopstix zero stars. My dining experience there was so disappointing that I can't find any redeeming qualities to justify even a single star. The lack of freshness in the food, particularly the rotten cream cheese rangoons, was truly off-putting. Add to that the rude and unhelpful attitude of the lady who served us, and it became an overall unpleasant and distasteful visit.July 23, 2023
