Gettin’ Sum Dim Sum

5 Stars because those cute piggy red bean dumplings/buns are so creative and delicious! They really did taste great but I really didn't want to eat those cute piggies.I also picked up the pork bao buns and wow! The bun itself was so fresh and fluffy! I was pleased that the ratio of pork to sauce was balance. Jay was the employee who assisted me with my order. He was really friendly and giving a welcoming vibe. The pricing can seem high, but when you consider the time, quality of ingredients, and the artistry that goes into these buns/ dumplings, i think they are worth it.

My family loves going to the Eastvale Market events on Friday night. It is always a pleasure to see Jimmy and his great musical vibes as a vendor. My daughter tried some dim sum and dumplings that were delicious. Jimmy was very friendly and kind. I'm excited to come back and try more things!

Something special about that Bao Burger. I'm new to bao buns, and this was a good introduction. Fluffy and held the sauces & burger juices well. The slaw is crunchy, burger patty is juicy and perfect temp, sauces are sweet/tangy/creamy. Addicted...Jimmy's customer service and vendor courtesy is top notch.

Was able to try their dimsum during a plant pop up. They have variety of food options and good size.Tried their 3 for 10 shumai, bbq pork bun, a really cute piglet bun. Finished them all . Would love to see them around again.Love that the server is always smiling. Thats great customer service right there

Very good Chinese tamale. My Christmas breakfast. So happy without MSG. At the time of purchase from Ontario Mills. Friendly service. Willing to try others dim sum soon. Just following you on instagram.

The food is great. I tried the shrimp and pork and it tasted bomb. I especially liked the bao. Jimmy served me and he is cool peeps. I will definitely being coming back. Jimmy is very outgoing and down to earth. At first I wasn't sure what to try, but I'm definently glad I tried something new.

This street food stand is very yummy! The dim sum was sooo good!! I am pescatarian (I only eat seafood) so I am glad they had meat free options.I had the Har Gow with shrimp, Bao bun with spinach and Taro Bao Bun.My favorite thing about the Har Gow was how chewy it was and the taro bun was my fave because I am a sweets type person. The bun was soft and fluffy and not too sweet which I liked. It also had a distinct taro flavor so you know it's taro!! The spinach bao bun sounded weird at first but I took the chance and had it and i liked it a lot.Def recommend this food stand! I met the owner Jimmy, he was very helpful as I am not very aware of the dim sum names and he walked me through every food item! They are usually out every Thursdays 7pm-12am! Check them out!!

Awesome food! Service is great! Love the guy who sells these. Make sure you try the bao burger! Great atmosphere!
