I purchased a piece of jewelry from the sister store located in Mission Viejo but was told to pick it up from this location as it was not in stock there. I personally listened in on the phone call while the Mission Viejo store called and confirmed that the piece of jewelry was in stock here. I drove an hour in traffic to pick it up only to be handed the wrong item. The lady behind the counter didn't bother to mention until I called her out that it wasn't the item I had paid for. Her response, oh I was too busy to confirm it was the exact same one but this is very similar. The item they attempted to pass off was a lower quality piece that sells for less than what I had paid for the other. VERY SHADY STAFF. They should have called me at least once they found out they did not in fact have the correct piece or just checked their stock properly when originally called!!!! No apologies from the windbag behind the counter. Left the store and got a refund from the other location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

They were very kind to help me with a watch resize in the afternoon 30min before their closing time. I walked in and they said it was no problem and they had the tools. Was $10 for a quick link removal and got it perfect on the first try. Sure you could pick up a tool kit for $10 on amazon and do it yourself, but this is exactly what I needed and was looking for.

The son was great. Mom kinda drove me crazy. I felt like she was really trying to up sale me. I thought the appraisal was kind of expensive. I wish I could find a jeweler I could trust. You don't need all the time but you do need a good jeweler.

I have been here multiple times. The first was to repair a cheap, but sentimental bracelet for my wife that had a stone fall out. They understood it was sentimental and took care of it for a very low price, cleaning it up. Since then, I bought a new wedding band for my wife. The one I wanted needed to be ordered. They got it resized next day so that she would have it, and were able to rebuild her old wedding band to wear as a backup, when the new one is being checked every few months. They are very polite, have a good selection for a small store, and have financing options for purchases.

Amazing place! Quality jewelry and service. Most importantly this is a place you can trust! They take care of small items like changing a watch battery or replacing an earring back, to designing custom jewelry and the prices are more than fair. I won't go anywhere else!!!

Had gone to a few other jewelers and this one stood out the most. Great prices, really beautiful pieces, some cultural pieces ,and a lot of exotic gems. Posted the ring we bought, its the halo band. The other band was my wifes old ring that broke, that I never like, that we got from The Jewelry Exchange. She loved it but my OCD could not care for any of the work that company did. The setting its self was crooked, one if the little diamond stands later broke, losing one of the diamonds. All this was repair and set with a new alexandrite instead After shopping with Gemma's jewelry store, I think we're going to continuing or business with them in the future.
